Looking good. it looks like he has a bit of spring in his step, so to speak, the potato bounced downward a bit, so I think there’s still hope that he can be pressed down. I just wish somebody could confirm it for us already. He definetly looks better in mor natural lighting. and from a distance you almost dont notice the fused eyes/brows. (not that I plan on leaving it like that of course)
It also seems his mustache does come off his nose still no word on compartment in the back.
not from this pic but in the video it comes off cant make out what the box says though.
Heh, those have been posted here already, in fact thats where I got them from when I posted them over there. (Im the same Kyle as the one in that thread)
Really at mine there 30.00 so far I have Buzz green army men and Woody. got buzz the day I saw the double feature got 55 bucks for my birthday spent it that night on buzz then in late november got army men and for Christmas got Woody. now i want R.C. can’t find him though. Any one know where he’s at.
The £64.99 price tag is a marketplace seller’s price, not Amazon’s, so we should see them available for £25 (or hopefully less) when they are more widely available.
Did they have Rex at your local Toys R Us btw eggy?
Also have you guys seen the UK price for Mr Potato Head on Play.com? £47.99! That can’t be right, with Buzz and Woody being both better and cheaper?
They do, but its been photoshoped to illustrate how his parts shake. So the separated eyes are just a byproduct of that. Also, this is clearly the older prototype anyhow, as he has the separated brows and brown legs.
Just came across this on Play.com and had never seen it posted. Not a big deal, just interesting to see another version of Buzz’s sculpt, like the early version of Woody. This was clearly never intended as a final retail version though.
That’s weird…I wonder why a closed mouth Buzz was even considered at one point, I mean his default was always an opened mouth grin. and since marketing seems to prefer that idea regardless of accuracy its a strange thing to see.
