I couldn’t wait anymore so I went to Toys R Us this morning and treated myself to RC!
He looks amazing!
I’m slightly disappointed that his turning isn’t great when you just wanna drive him but luckily I disn’t buy him for that. He is in talk mode he moves around like an excitable puppy.
So my TSC is currently complete! WooHoo Bring on Wave 2!

Wheezy is from the Disney Store had him since TS2 came out, Bullseye is also from Disney Store but he will be replaced with the TSC version as will Mr Potato Head who is a mix of standard potato parts and WDW Potato Bar parts. Slinky a re-release of an original which I got in Pixar Place at Hollywood Studios in Florida.
I can’t wait for wave to to build up my collection I just need a in scale Hamm and a Bo for the whole gang.
great collection I have potato heads bendy arms and a seperate eye socket nade it myself even made eye brows I’post a pic soon. I would of posted earlyer bt een busy paintin my room and putinn anew floor in.
Mine did that the first day as well, but I’ve left it the way it is, partially because I’m afraid to ruin it with a needle and thread, but also because for some odd reason I like the vest being loose, even though it’s not screen accurate.
Okay, so today was the first day I actually got the chance to go to a Toys R Us looking specifically for TSC toys. There were the Aliens (which I gotta say, they are WAY bigger than you’d expect them to be by looking at them on camera), the 3rd Box Version of Buzz, and even the CoA version of the Bucket O Soldiers, but none of them were a match for…
I am proud to announce my first TSC toy:
Sheriff Woody!
he is AMAZING! IDK who asked this, but mine does say “There’s a snake in my boot!” The only thing that bothers me about him (besides the fact that you need to pull his butt out to change modes) is his stand. The one place where you need the most support is the front, however the front section of the star is on a flap, causing Woody to fall over constantly . Any of you guys have this problem?
Anyway, in the Talk-Back mode, I could only find three things he’ll respond to.
Saying “Hey Woody!” will either make him say “Hey Howdy Hey!” or “Boy, Am I Glad to See You!”
Saying “What do you want to do today?” will either make him say “There’s nothing like riding through town with my favorite deputy” or “Let’s Go Have Ourselves A Rootin’ Tootin’ Good Time!”
Screaming at him will either make him say “Oh brother, Would You Keep It Down?!”, “Wha-ho! Simmer down! No need to be so loud, partner!” or "Oh, yeah, that was loud.
Anything else you guys can find that he’ll do? Thanks.

Wait till you get him together with a Buzz and a Rex and there are all in talkback mode. Then you will hear loads of things. They don’t hold conversations but they all trigger each other off. It is brilliant!
I emailed thinkway toys about when wave 2 would be released and heres what they said

Hi I was just wondering when the wave 2 collection toys would be released because some sites say late may and a couple say October I was just wondering if you could clear this up.
I dont think any site has said october, maybe your mistaken for the first wave, which is when that came out. and its a given it’ll start releasing sometime before June to promote the movie.
I think we need to ease up on emailing them with every TSC question we might have, especially ones like this that have been answered. We probably wont know their release date exactly until they start poping up for sale. Toys arent usually like games/movies that have release dates, they come out when they come out.
Here in the UK, we put the day/month/ year. It’s actually April. I have it on pre order, although I won’t be holding my breath.
I just noticed a UK toy site has Jessie listed for June and Potato head for September. I think September is a more realistic date for the second wave in the UK. We normally would be 2-3 months behind a US release. I would expect a US release just ahead of the film or just after.
Thats not strictly true as Wave 1 hit about the same time as the US. I had my Buzz and Woody about the same time alot of people on here in the US giot theirs. Rex wasn’t far behind either.
I went into my local Disney Store to ask about the collection and they had no idea what I was talking about then the next week I passed by and stuck my head through the door on the off chance that they had them and Buzz and Woody were sat on the shelf. This must have been around September.
I hope your right and the UK get a release the same as the US. I will just be glad too get my hands on them. I’m still looking for a Rex. I can’t seem to get one anywhere.
