The rex on k mart it say possible and then tells yo what is possible it shows 2 pics of him one the jaw is open one it isn’t.

Pretty sure thats just a repackaged version of the cheap one already out. Not to scale, and if you look at the one on the left (in the package) his jaw is still fixed. The one on the right looks to be the TSC version prototype when his jaw was going to articulated.
So yeah, don’t assume anything based on pictures on a box, theres almost always differences from the actual product to the one pictured.
Also, the jaw pictures can be explained by the fact that there are two versions of the TSC rex, one with his moth open, and another with it closed.
I know this isnt the TSC one, but it wouldnt be the first time they mixed products up in promo images. Even the tv ads show the non TSC Woody while saying its the TSC one.
If if Im not mistaken on any of this, then no one needs to get excited or upset.

If its not to much to ask could everyone post the links when you find these things? 
This came up earlier, I dont think that Trixi is TSC, might not even be thinkway or to scale. K-mart has mislabled a lot of TS Toys as TSC. My guess is its the tiny Mattel one. At least wait until they put up pictures before jumping to conclusions.
Edit: Not too bad for a cheap alternative. Definetly not as accurate as the TSC one though.
it wasn’t workin it just kept saying not avalible when the poped up was just about to repost when I saw you did.
From the photo you can see his hoofs are fabric and not plastic like the movie and his sattle is soft which is also unlike the movie. . . I think? Non the less if it is in scale it is cheaper so maybe it would suffice. I have a feeling all TS3 products will be over priced this should not be 30 bucks! I think stores are gonna use TS3 to boost their toy departments which sux for us
