Man, I was fooled. I saw a TSC Buzz at Target that had the new logo and got all excited thinking it was the bonus belt version. It wasnt. Just the new logo.
Did you check if there was anything different about the figure’s features? Maybe they made some changes to Buzz…
Nothing I noticed. Said the same phrases, looked the same, no belt.

Did they take out the head turning? They eliminated that for some releases in other regions, so that would probably be the only change.
It came in the beyond collection with a woody like 5 or 6 years afo it was by hasbro.

hi guys! i thought i would introduce myself ! My name is callum (14) and im from glasgow. My fav movie is toy story and love these new toys !!! Here in scotland we can’t get the mr potato head or even hamm so im a pretty upset. But i have woody, buzz, rex, rc, aliens and soldiers and im looking forward to getting jessie, bullseye and lotso.
i’m just a bit curious :S do you not think the bullseye would be around £30, as he only says 10 things and moves ???
and also jessie only says (i think 35 sayings) so she may be only £35 ???
does anyone think they will make a TSC mrs potato head in wave 3 ??? 
I would expect to pay the same for Jessie as woody, so £40. As for Bullseye, I reckon on him being Rex territory at around £50/60. As for a mrs p, I wouldn’t hold your breath.

I wonder why the TSC Buzz couldn’t have had the same articulation in the arms. I wish I knew what exactly was obstructing his shoulders from going that far down. I don’t see why it cant go as far as it can until his upper arm touches his torso.

I’ve got that guy (a different varient, but the same basic figure). The belt is there just for show, but the sculpt is nice (I’m also pretty sure this was the first figure where the wings folded out). The only downsides where the paint (too light), and his laser arm didn’t go down as far as his other one.
Nice, but something looks off. He looks out of proportion somehow. I think his head is a little big.
That thing is loaded with inaccuracies really, especially the green chest piece, looks almost like an inflatable balloon, the only thing they got right in my eyes is the shoulder articulation I mentioned.
They made like 20 Buzz’s with that sculpt only diffrent in color and a diffrent wing back .
So his arms on that for sure has more range of movement than the Collection buzz? It looks like it, with that thinner black band, but cant tell. Is that the case Kyle?
I don’t own it, just found the pic in a gallery, so your guess is as good as mine. but that definitely seems to be the case, that it has more range of movement there. that’s the most IVe ever seen a buzz put his arms down to his side like that without radically changing the model so his shoulder balls protrude out more.
I’m not sure the black band things are the reason for it, since TSC Buzz’s arms never even touch the bottom of it. same goes for the older 90s buzz.
I have that buzz. I examined him and cant tell what maked his articulation better. oh, the omnly good thing about him is that his wing span is acctully a bit longer then the TSC one. no lights of course though.
