Toy Story 3 Countdown

I’m waiting until the 29th to see it for my birthday.

IncredigirlVirginia: I would never be able to wait that long…

Change of plans for me: My dad said he would take off from work on the 18th and we would go see it in IMAX together. I’m sooo happy about this. My first viewing of any Pixar movie has never been with him before. It’ll be a very special time for both of us.

Well, the 18th is my dad’s birthday, and there’s no chance, and last year I waited a month from May 29th to June 29th, so I guess I can bear it…

A new conflict has risen.
My best friend also wants to see it on the 18th with me, he won’t settle for any other day. He’s moving away soon, so it’ll be one of the last times I’ll get to spend with him for a while. However, as I said before, my dad is super excited about seeing it the first time with me on the 18th. I asked my mom if I could see it twice on the 18th, and that was a big no for her. My mom says I could always see it with my dad on the 20th, but I really wanted it to be a special time with me and him, to see it for the first time together. But at the same time I really want to see it with my friend.

So, who do I choose?

Bryko, why don’t you just take both together?

Bryko, you still have time. First talk to your Dad again and see how he feels. Then talk to your friend and see how he feels. Then go from there.

pixarfan: I would, but I wanted it to be a personal thing between me and my dad.

Rey: I haven’t talked to my dad about it yet, so I’ll see what he wants to do.

That’s a tough one, Bryko. If I were you, I’d probably see it with my best friend as if they’re moving away, it’s more permanent and you won’t get a chance to do this with them again, whilst you can always see the next Pixar movie on opening day with your dad. But as you said, it’s a special thing between you and your dad…eep, I don’t know.

10 days!!! I’m getting butterflies in my stomach . ::happy dance::

I know! I’m so excited about this film! I just Etch-A-Sketched this in anticipation.

Oh my gosh Pixar Builder, that’s incredible! I can’t do anything on Etch-A-Sketch. Lol.

Gah! I have to wait until July 7th to see TS3. Though I get to see it with with my friends in a drive-in theater, which means that there will be almost no other people talking.

I’m getting more excited each day!

Nice work Pixar Builder!

Yes yes I am too getting more excited each day . I am going to see the movie friday the 18th. And yesterday I found out I will be going to Disneyland on the following Sunday! How exciting is that?!?!

You truly are a gifted Etch-A-Sketch artist, Pixar Builder.

I am more excited for next week than I have been for any film in the past ten years. Just nine more days… Just nine more days…

Curse you Americans :stuck_out_tongue:

wishes the next 42 days away

We europeans should make our own thread where we whine and shout at you darn yanks.

Yeah and we can complain about them getting Toy Story 3 first too!

:stuck_out_tongue:

7 days!!!. In Australia I think, meh anyway I’m twiddleing my fingers with excitement!. I just can’t sleep! This movie I think is going to domanate the Box Office! But their is Twilight Eclipse coming and The Last Airbender. I just hope that TS3 can domanate the Box Office! Everwhere. Cmon guys! Show your support for TS3 by going to see it on opening weekend!!
I got these odds from beyond the trailer on YouTube. I hope that TS3 will male it, even now you can buy your tickets on facebook!

gleefan1: Sorry mate, but it’s 24th June for us in Kangaroo Land (Although there are some advance screenings I know of, but for general release, it’s two more weeks). Have you seen the posters?

Lucky you, I’ve always wanted to go to one. Guess my username kinda gave that away, huh? :stuck_out_tongue:

13 More Days for Down Under!

I could guess. :stuck_out_tongue: I saw Wall*E in a drive-in theater too. Though I’d rather see it closer to the release date and see it in theaters than having to wait 'till the 7th to see it at a drive-in theature.
