Ah, well, I’m sure it’ll still be worth the wait, Ami, especially if you’re planning to try and see it in IMAX! I’ve never seen a movie in IMAX before, and did consider it for Toy Story 3, but like yourself there’s not one locally and so I’d have to go to London which would just be too expensive all in all. But yes, as you said, either way as long as we get to see the film at some point, it’s all good!
3.Days.Left. So close now!
My sister has already seen it- yesterday as an advanced screening in fact, in 3D with a sign language person. She was invited by this woman who used to help her with her hearing (my sis used to have hearing aids, but her hearing is oaky now). I’m slightly jealous, but I know my time will come!
Oh wow, really Ami? That’s so cool! My mum was a bit upset to find out that our local cinema wouldn’t be showing Toy Story 3 with subtitles at all, seems like they only do it for the biggest of the biggest films (I’m sure they did it for Lord of the Rings), so she’s not going to be seeing it with me. Your sister’s so lucky! But not long until the rest of the UK will be seeing it…
It began showing in France on Wednesday, July 14th, Bastille Day of course. There were 390,000 admissions. Unfortunately, Shrek4 was released there a couple of weeks ago, but Pixar might be trying to avoid a late July release which certainly dulls patronage since so many are on vacation in late summer.
Even though it’s out Monday in Britain, I won’t be able to see it til next Saturday, so I’m counting down til then.
Just one week to go… one week to go… after 10 years of waiting, just one week to go…
YAY! Toy Story 3 is now here in the UK! Now, all I need to do is wait til my friend comes back from her holiday and I’ll see it! Tries to wait patiently
It’s finally here!
It’s finally here!
Just a shame I can’t go to the cinema tonight! I’m going tomorrow! I can’t wait!
Nice to hear your excitement UK fans! I hope you enjoy Toy Story 3 as much as I did.
One hour to go! Aaah!
Hurray! Would you like a cup of tea, Mrs Nesbit? Maybe a spot of haggis?
