The medicom one from Japan is roughly 7 inches tall…but he is hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this point…and I don’t think the extra inch is worth the money (though the sculpt is awesome).
Okay, so the tallest Rocky figure out there right now (besides the extremley expensive Medicom one ) is the Alien Tossing Rocky figure, I believe. Great! Thats the one I ordered!
Can I see a picture of it? I did an ebay, amazon, and even google images search and I couldn’t find a single pic. I guess can you also tell me where I could buy one
Oh, okay. Should I go for weight liftin’ Rocky, or wait for one of these to pop up? The lever in the back isn’t a problem, and half-a-centimeter isn’t that bad.
wampar, do you plan on buying a single-pack alien to put with Sid’s toys as the one he carried home from Pizza Planet, and maybe add some mud effects to it? I’d love to see this.
I hadn’t planned to. I wanted to just have Andy’s three Aliens…but since I am about to start work on Janie and the doll from the sandbox, it would make sense to get one…I am reconsidering. Jury is still out.
I guess it’s good to draw the line somewhere. I mean, technically, you could have all of the aliens from the Crane Game, but that’s not quite achievable.
I’m pretty sure you said something about the pickup truck being too big, but just to put it out there, it appears to be an 80’s Toyoto Hilux (same type as the Pizza Planet truck). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Toyota_Pickup_.jpg
HA! I had said that the Truck that rises out of the sandbox during the scene in Sid’s backyard was too big…but when my car eventually breaks I might have to keep this in mind. My own life sized Pizza Planet truck would be the ultimate topper for the collection.
Actually, the function-accurate (wind up) one would be the Burger King Lenny, which is bigger than the Lenny pictured above. The above Lenny comes from a small Buzz and Lenny figure pack, and doesn’t wind up.
