Toy Story Replicas (No trading-related posts please)

Still nothing??

For those who were expecting my collection on eBay. Apart from Woody and Buzz, whom I decided to keep, my collection went to two collectors before I put them on eBay. Sorry if any of you were waiting for any items.

So what bout the scale of the doodlepad ? n_n

Finally the many months of searching and wishing are over as I present to you Hamm:

A big thanks to forum member Slink for selling me this particular Hamm. Shipped all the way from Indiana, US to Hampshire, UK. A very well travelled piggy bank.

If anyone in the UK is thinking about buying from Slink I can provide excellent feedback for him. Hamm was very fairly priced and he (Slink) maintained frequent, detailed e-mail contact, ensuring I was shipped a Hamm I was totally happy with, even letting me choose my own from a selection of the best quality. Hamm arrived in one piece and very well packaged so there were no breakages in transit. Nor did I have to pay any import tax.

I am very happy with Hamm. What I didn’t expect was quite how large he would be, and I am pleasantly suprised by his weighty heft and accurate ceramic material. My favourite though is his chunky cork stopper beneath.
My Hamm is very nicely finished, and while there are several minor scrapes, dinks and drips none are so glaringly obvious as to detract from his overall loveliness. After seeing him in person I appreciate that the defects are simply a product of his method of manufacture, and in fact contribute toward his believability as a real-world physical object. Being a US exclusive I am just happy I managed to get what is surely now a fairly rare item outside of the States.

In summary: 1. I’m very pleased to have added Hamm to my collection, and 2. thanks Slink

^^^^

I agree with all of the above comments in respect of forum member Slink.

Thanks to Slink, I am also the VERY proud owner of a Disney Store Hamm.

I got to get making some stuff. After seeing some of these collections I’ve gotta get going. I’m doing alot of the paper related props and some that where expanded like the Dinoco station. here’s the Oil can label and doing some patches with the logo for shirts as well.

Going to expand on the pizza planet theme as well with pizza boxes , of course the cups ,tokens maybe and other pizza items.

Pleaaaase answer to my question ahaha

between, great work Propologist, =]

Thanks Emma , if anyone needs the label emailed to them so they can do their own , shoot me an email and I will send it to you

You can buy standard replica Oil cans on ebay for 6.00 or so and they fit nicely. I can leave off the white type on the label as it’s just my info and the red lettering is just the Bio of Pixar.

Here’s an update of my collection, I wasn’t going to put one up until I had some more to show but I’m going away. I made a toy mode mouth for my Mr.P head and a new smaller nose for Mrs.P head

Sorry about the plastic behind Mr.P head’s mouth the paint wasn’t drying properly

7 by 7, I think it’s not to scale now though, sorry for being late.

i think its more rectangular, and smaller mmmh, WAMPAR are you there ? hehe, whats the scale of your doodlepad ?

Emma

anyone have a good straight forward view of Mr. Spell ? …i have screen caps and the huge display at disney, just looking for a better straight forward view.

Howdy. Christmas is here…been busy, busy, busy, and just got back home from out of town. I should hopefully be able to get back to work on my TS collection, and get it finished in the weeks ahead. At least it is on the agenda to do. We’ll see how it goes.

Anyway, my doodlepad is 7.75 inches by 10.25 inches.

Just bought a bunch of Little Tikes on ebay! It was a lot that contained about 20: a sailor tike, three firemen tikes, a few tikes in hats, and the rest were brown-haired tikes and other tikes that weren’t in the movie. To anyone who has customized Tikes, is it hard to remove the hats/hair?

omg omg omg i cannot sleep im so excited Mr.P is under the tree hehehe cant wait also think i might of gotten some more pixar blu-ray movies cant wait ill update u guys tommorow.

Hey guys

i made a vector version of the doodle pad.

it seems like their’s a back side of it… can’t really find image to it.

i can see the images on the back when i watch toy story 1…

but here you go.

i assume… it’s smaller than A4 according to the movie.

It is hard to remove the hair i haven’t had time to finish my collection off yet but this is what they look like so far I have some more tots to finish the rest off.

what I will be doing for the shriner tike, painter tike, and cowboy tike is use one of these tikes for all three

I have cut off carefully the rim of the tikes hat I will then sculpt the new hats over the top with sculpey. I just found it too hard removing the hair or hats from any others. I know wamper removed some of the hats off some of the tikes but when i tired it messed up the tikes and left marks all over there faces. Hope this helps a bit.

i just opened my mr.p looks awsome in person and the part popping is a blast! will post pics when i can.
