Yeah, its really getting annoying. for now I’ll just post what I had to say there in here. Lee tweeted recently “A little bird just told me about some new Toy Story Collection definitive toys in the works. Me happy” This to me either means he just found out about about the big baby prototype, or just found out they were actually going to make sell them. But it has to have something to do with Big baby I think. he’s said that was his fav new character. the only question is, is he that out of the loop that he only just now heard about it, or does he now have info that we don’t? I’m leaning on the later, but who knows really.
Whatever it is he actually means, I think its a good sign.
He said definative TOYS, plural. I think he’s most likely in the loop, and Wave 3 will either get bigger or we can expect a wave 4. That’s my honest opinion and I think thats GREAT news
Wow, both sites have completely removed Bullseye from their websites??? That might be bad news for some collectors. Disney Store no longer carries them, and that might be indication that Bullseye is gone for good.
Oh I know. but Im not going to even try and guess the specifics of the others. Im only picking one since it’s the only one I can think of that would make him very happy.
He had a vauge comment a while ago, most-likely reffering to the Toy Story Collection, about something that would make Toy Story fans happy. Everyone thought it was Zurg.
Yeah, Big Baby is prolly in there unfortunately. But hope for a Trixie and Mrs. P, Zurg, Stink P, still on
Why is it unfortunate that Big Baby is in? He’s like the second most important new character in 3, and doesn’t have any toys made of him taller than like 4 inches. A TSC Big Baby should be great!
Yeah, seriously. lets not hate on big baby just because you would prefer someone else.
A) I’d rather have about 5-6 other characters I’d rather see before him
B) He is alleged to be packaged like a New in Box Big Baby, not the replica from the movie, so It;s basically a $50 Baby Doll
C) its one of the easiest characters to just make a stand in, and not actually need one, unlike the other 5-6 characters i mentioned above
Pretty sure I can dislike any character I want, free speech brotha! lol
But seriously, its an odd choice, with many popular good guys, and MORE popular bad guys still not made.
Actually, I disagree with this statement. There is such a distinct shape to Big Baby’s head, and the shape of his eyes, that it may be easy to find a stand in…but not a stand in that actually looks enough like Big Baby to make him completely passable. I for one am VERY excited about Big Baby, and am looking forward to breaking him free of his cardboard prison and rouging him up and drawing on him with markers and crayons. 
I also don’t get why everyone is complaining about Big Baby being “new in box”, it will take 5 minutes and a box of crayons to make him perfect, so I don’t think that’s much of a reason to not buy him.
And when you mention more popular bad guys, I assume you mean Zurg and Prospector. Many seem to be ignoring that we are getting a Zurg, even if he isn’t TSC, and he should be good enough. And I really don’t have any interest in owning a Prospector, and I love the irony of him being only available as a rare collectible.
The only character I’m surprised didn’t make the cut is Trixie, and the only other exclusion that really disappoints me is Chuckles.
If we ever get a Wave four it will be some combination of: Trixie, Chunk, Sparks, Chuckles, the Peas, and maybe Stretch. Don’t get your hopes up for anyone else, not that I think a wave 4 will ever actually happen.
Well if I would take ANYONE’s Word on the matter, it would be you, Wampar…
But I feel it would be easier making a suitable Big Baby than say:
- Mrs Potatohead, the only “main character” who’s best option is terrible
- Trixie
- Zurg
- Prospector
We all arent blessed with your talents and collection. We’re all very jealous.
I think Mrs. P would be much easier to customize than Big Baby. And again, he’s not in the collection butwe’re getting a Zurg, you probably won’t have to customize anything for him. Many people were happy with modified sippy cups and plush toys, a U-Command Zurg should be a million times better.
Ever tried making PotatoHead pieces? I have and it’s very hard and doesn’t look great. And I’m just saying, If I pay $50, I want a replica, not something I have to modify EVEN further from the $50 version
Well then I’ll buy my Big Baby and enjoy every moment I spend customizing it, and you can save your 50 dollars. Everyone wins.
Changing the subject, does anyone think that Twitch will have removable battle-armor? That seems like a pretty obvious improvement that could be made over the one that’s out now, and I don’t think anyone’s mentioned it yet.
Lol, I’m not sure why some posters on here are so testy about difference of opinion. Everyone on here likes different characters and aspects of the movie. I was just posting my opinion, no reason to get confrontational. But honestly, imagining a male, who goes by Reaper, buying a $50 babydoll and happily coloring it, kinda makes me laugh. Sorry, no offense. I’m imagining the Grim Reaper playing with a baby doll…
Sorry, my internet persona is kindof a jerk. It just really bugs me how everyone seems so determined to bash the new wave. Someone has to defend it, and I’m super excited about all the inclusions.
And the Grim Reaper playing with dolls thing makes more sense if you consider how sadistic it seems to make a baby doll into something broken and creepy, think Sid playing with his dolls. If you think you’re too manly to play with dolls, you need to find something else to collect. 
a new in box baby Would be a replica of the movie character. as he appears in the flashback. This would be like complaining you got a toy of young Simba from the lion king that didn’t look like he did in the movie just because you prefer the adult version. it doesn’t matter what you prefer, a replica is a replica, even if brand new big baby only appeared in one scene.
Its fine to root for characters you like more, but I don’t think we should put others down just because its not in the order you want. I don’t see it as getting such and such instead of so and so anyway. Each character will either get made or it won’t. Not releasing Big Baby doesn’t mean you automatically get the prospector or a TSC Zurg. If they don’t think they will sell then they don’t make it.
