The first one is definitely an Animal Lovin Ken, and the shorts are correct, but obviously the shirt is wrong. And yes, Animal Lovin Ken looks exactly like the movie version.
I would avoid the second one, though. That is a very different Ken, and just doesn’t look close enough to me.
Tyler, with regards to your Wheezy are you going to scale up an existing version or start from scratch? I’m really interested just what you make of Wheezys size.

All from scratch. The only ones I wanted to “size up” would be the 6" Zurg figure (to make him 12") and the Burger King Robot.
He will be about the same height as yours. I’m pulling my reference from the zeotrope, and various other caps and images. Specificlaly woody next to wheezy, since woodys head is scaled to the movie, I have that scale to work off of.
Was the second or first the same Ken head? I’m looking up barbie collectors in the area looking for the same head type as animal lovin ken, so that way I can get the 2 pack and swap out. The head sculpt is the main thing I’m concerned about.
That’s it, TylerHaslett! Your hockey puck creation and from what I’ve seen of your custom Mr. Potato Head eyes, are so amazingly awesome you’ve inspired me to make my own Toy Story toys, starting with Mr. Spell! Even though I have no idea how to make one, or even how to begin such a project, all I know is that I will create a ln authentic Mr. Spell toy!
And awesome Bo Peep, Sumori! One suggestion: if you really want to try and make her authentic, try making the final version out of oven baked porcelain clay. It’s super easy to mold, fantastic to paint with, and would really give it the nice cristalyn shine that Bo has.
I believe I read somewhere her clothing is silk.
Bo Peep’s lips are a little big. I’m also concerned that they might fall off when you bake her.
The Ken with just his shorts is the one that has the same headsculpt as Ken in the film- the head would be marked 1983 Mattel and that is the only head that uses that mark- its also the most produced Ken head in the run of dolls, which is why Pixar used that one, just like the Superstar Barbie mold, used on Tour Guide Barbie and Great Shape Barbie- its the most recognized sculpt and most used sculpt to date. -Omar, a big 1:6 figure and doll geek
That Hockey Puck is fantastic! And to think that Mattel’s would have been like that too if they had boosted it up to the right size. You sure have some talent with making toys, Tyler.
There is something odd about the UK Disney Store site. When I click your link all I get is the home page. I tried searching for “jessie” but didn’t see anything other than what we’ve seen before.
