Hey everyone! Whats been goin on in the last 6 months I missed??
Well, a sorta-accurate-enough Chuckles plush was released by Disney Store, and an accurate Zurg that may-or-may-not-be-made-by-Thinkway-we-really-don’t-know-yet is coming out at the end of the year.
Bo Peep, Mrs. Potato Head, Trixie and Stinky Pete sadly remain missing.
I just wonder why they have decided to make them now?
Well, judging off the old chuckles plus prototype pic that has ben floating around for years, I’d assume they’ve been trying to find a way to produce a chuckles that was cost effective. To be honest, I expect a bigger chuckles to come out because of that pic. I could be totally wrong, but they did release a giant peas plush, so whose to say? And as far as Zurg goes, I feel it was inevitable. He is Buzz’s arch enemy, how many different Buzz variations could be mad before they would need someone for him to battle?

I modified the Cosbaby Buzz and Zurg that I showed pictures of last week.
By switching legs and arms with a Buzz Buddy Pack figure, and Switching the body of Zurg with the Funko Pop vinyl figure, I feel that both figures have been HUGELY improved, and I couldn’t be happier with them.
Next up: I have an Ariel from the Little Mermaid figure that I am going to try and modify into a Queen Neptuna. Might work. Might not. We’ll see.

It didn’t look bad before, but the proportions made a huge difference. Much improved.

Two actually, more or less the same angle though. Lighting is a bit different on one due to the flash.
As for scale, we can only speculate for now. To me he appears to be the same size as buzz, others are thinking closer to 14 inches.

Not really anything groundbreaking, but there’s another addition to the basic pull-string Woody line:

What I like is that it has the original, screen accurate hands paired with the TSC-style accurate face. Only problem is the collar, and the boots; they looked good, up until I saw how skinny his foot was (hopefully it’s just the way it was photographed). Now, it seems like he still uses the original, overstuffed body, but if you can look past that, it’s not too bad.
