He seems really really cool! It’s a little disappointing that they didn’t go the extra mile and give him Zurg vision and firing pellets(or even color the ones in the pack the proper color).
People keep mentioning how great the voice is, but in the review it sounds really off. It could be the video audio quality, or something on my end, but buzz sounds alright…
Anyway, in spite of the few minor (and possibly fixable) drawbacks, I can’t wait to have him in hand. more reviews, vids, pics, and props, please!!!
Buzz does sound like he does in film. I am happy with zurg’s voice. Like I showed u in my video with the comaorisb to the other zurg it’s miles better. I hope this does well and they will release other toys
Another moody nitpick: I really wish they had changed Buzz up a little more than new phrases. The easiest thing would have been adding Glow in the Dark details. If they had done that, he would probably become instant default Buzz. A little more effort could have given us a belt.
Na I am stratified withy the buzz. Not ecstatic but happy. Won’t be going in my whole collection. May give him to my daughter . She loves him

Like I said the voice is spot on in my opinion and I always wanted a buzz with karate chop so that’s good. Yer if u don’t wanna spend the money for collection one. Overall the collection one looks better not as “cheap” as this one

Im ok with the lack of zurg vision and shooting balls. As Wampar said, the collar wouldnt allow you to get close enough to use the zurg vision, and even then, the wires would still be a problem. As for the gun, i dont think its really possible to make them work film accurately anyway, though it wouldve been nice if they had been the right color.

Points for being the first video. Though every time someone shoots a video in portrait Zurg verbally assults a kitten. So sad.
Voice sounds alright.
Also, I didnt realize that Buzz had karate chop action. I’ll probably still sell but but cool none the less.

I’m wasn’t expecting people to be surprised by Buzz. He has some new phrases but otherwise its the same one that they’ve sold since 2010
As Kyle said, kudos on being the first video review, I’ve been waiting to see one get posted ever since he went up on the site. Ordered mine last night, not sure exactly when he’s supposed to get here, but I have to say that seeing the video of him really makes me yearn to see what they could’ve done with a TSC version of this guy. So much potential with a character like that, progressive light-up LED’s for the eyes and mouth, Andrew Stanton phrases, working ion cannon dial, Zurg Vision, assuming the collar on that one wouldn’t get in the way as well, and of course a movie style box and certificate. The one we got is definitely better than I ever dared to hope for, but it still is sad to think about what could’ve been. Same with Hamm.
