I would definitely be interested in a set of eyes, painted or unpainted, as the paint supplies would be fairly cheap. And if you ever get around to making Mrs. Potato Head parts as well, I would be down for a set of those too. Glad to finally see a nice affordable option for these.
Yeah slink that could work. and the eyebrows don’t have anything on them so I would have to find some sticky back for them.
I might still want them even unpainted, I’m just unsure of my ability to get them looking perfect on my own. Especially if you only get one shot per pair. (do you? I wouldn’t know)
quick suggestion for the brows, do what Tyler did and add a small cavity to hold a small glob of tack. Works well ever after repeated unsticks.
As for the surface, I the reason I bought that up is I took a look around the site and a number of final results still weren’t as smooth as they could be. Not sure what causes this.

After having a Zurg in my own hands, I’m having a hard time believing he’ll fit in a box like that without a lot of extra space in there for his ion blaster tubing. I know you can just print it bigger in theory, but it might look pretty strange once scaled up enough to fit him in.
It should be large enough to fit the blaster in, i’m not 100% sure though, that’s why i’m not giving the template away yet, need to be sure that it’s going to work out

That is awesome. I once made a custom box for a Transformer toy. I had a boardie in Portugal that could print them on thick stock for ~$20 or so.
Best to First print it out on paper and get the scale right, then you can distribute. I know my local Kinkos gives grief about printing copyrighted material
