Jeez, I honestly was planning on skipping getting a new Slink because I’ve grown use to the bullet hole in his head but his gaze looks more life like than the 1,000 yard stare he had in the TS3 version. I’ll end up picking it up to replace my old one.
There’s also some leaks of the shop Disney Bo we a saw a few months back alongside a two pack Duke Caboom and Forky set from Mattel.
the new Disney store Jessie version has a face more similar to the original … but I think it has a big problem of proportions on the neck and on the position of the shoulders … no … still the Thinkway TSSC version is better for me
Yeah, the proportions on the new DS Jessie for her neck and arms seem odd looking. Maybe it will look better in person but tbh, none of the Jessie’s available really captured her the best imo.

Anyway, have any US collectors checked their Targets and Walmarts for Toy Story 4 stuff? The Target and Walmarts near my house don’t really have much yet.
Seen as noone has posted about this yet, I may as well show that Thinkway is coming out with a new Bo Peep in the Signature Collection!!! It is a Target exclusive, and is based off of her appearance from TS and TS2, and includes her sheep. I alos found out that the Signature collection Ducky is around $45, while Bunny is $60. (A Bit expensive imo.)
So I was watching this YouTube video showing Toy Story 4 toys in a store…when suddenly GASP an actual closed-mouth Woody!!! He’s got a soft body, but I imagine the head can be popped onto another Woody doll?
Yeah, I knew about the toy, but cool to see someone do the headswap. I probably wont have the guts to try it, but I really want to. Maybe if I had enough money to buy another one to tinker with I would.
Also, is it just me or does the hugable versions head seem smaller than the tsc version?
Hmmm it might be a bit smaller, but it might also be the way the guy holds it in the video. Unfortunately, I’m cursed with not living in the US so it’ll be a while/never before I see the Soft/Huggable Woody in stores. In any case, it would take 2 minutes to swap heads with the Disney Store version because the heads of both the Soft/Huggable Woody and Disney Store Woody are just held on by zip-ties… no neck-cutting needed. I definitely don’t have the guts to carve up a Signature Collection/Collection Woody. Besides, the Disney Store Woody has the open hands so that’s a plus for accuracy!
For everyone’s information, the Mattel Epic Moves Bo Peep’s Giggle McDimples character is the perfect scale to accompany the Disney Store version of Bo Peep. They make an awesome pairing I personally think.
Within a couple of hours of receiving my package, I’d made eyebrows for the new Playskool Potato Heads and a pair of earrings for Mrs. Potato Head. The eyebrows make a huge difference, I think (thinking back to pictures of celebrities without their eyebrows).
Also, I picked up the Deluxe Talking Adventure Bo, added silver detailing onto the staff, and replaced the purple button thread with white thread. The Giggles is too big, but it’s a keychain that I cut and partially re-painted. If only the cape came with the polka-dot side!
Oh, all I did was fill the inside of the mouth with a black pen and lightly smudge the lips with diluted red paint, but I suppose it did make a big difference for the overall look.
