I only watched a few episodes of The Twilight Zone marathon, and only three or Four before that. I would agree though that it is one of the best shows of all time, and the best Science Fiction show ever made. 
Nowadays I usally just watch Science at the Movies, Biography Channel, Monster Quest, or whatevers on the History Channel, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Malcom in the Middle, Drake and Josh, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fourtane, reruns of old Spongebob episodes, sometimes Adult Swim, and I just bought Season one of the Universe. I think this is probably one of the best space shows ever made! 
I love to watch Danny Phantom (why’d Nick have to cancel it!!!), Family Guy, iCarly, Drake and Josh, Hannah Montana, America’s Funniest Home Videos, Wipeout, and I Survived a Japanese Game Show. Sometimes the History Channel if there’s something good on.

I was on my cable station and they had South Park episodes for viewing. Hilarious. I don’t care how crude and vulgar it is, some of the things the characters say are absolutely true regarding the current world, and it’s stupidly funny. Too bad a lot of people find this show…“startling”…the newest season’s episodes are very good.
Used to really enjoy That’s So Raven (I love the idea, and the comedy’s so hilarious and more creative than most current Disney Channel shows) until Disney Channel took that away from me. Disney Channel tried to entertain fans of Cory, perhaps the funniest character on That’s So Raven, by creating a brand new show all about him: Cory in the House. Therefore taking the place of That’s So Raven. What can I say?
That’s So Raven rocked. Cory in the House didn’t.
It just didn’t win me over. I thought the first show was better. Raven’s visions and schemes were more interesting than Cory’s moneymaking schemes.
Same for The Suite Life.
Used to really enjoy The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, especially the earlier episodes where the little twin brothers would get into all kinds of trouble and mischeif.
Then, the show stopped, and they switched to The Suite Life on Deck. I’m not a fan anymore. I liked Maddie better than Bailey, because Maddie handles London better. Zack is getting predictable- he’s always after another girl so why should new episodes be any different? And what’s with Woody? Why’d they have to name that character Woody in the first place? It just reminds me of Toy Story, and I’d hate to compare Toy Story to that guy.
I used to also enjoy Phineas and Ferb. Guess what? Lost my enthusiasm for it later. It’s quite predictable, everything. And more kid-cartoonish than any other show I’ve seen on Disney.
Right now the only show I watch on Disney Channel is Wizards of Waverly Place. It sometimes can remind me of That’s So Raven, but I find it quite more original than the other shows Disney Channel has right now.
I used to love Lilo and Stitch: The Series, despite the poor animation. I just like Stitch so much I am a fan of the show even if the show doesn’t do him and Lilo justice (does that make sense?). I love the crossovers!
Man oh man what I would give to see Disney Channel show House of Mouse again. That’s one of my favorites. Recess was entertaining, too. Espescially the kids’ eye-view of the school. The little kindergarteners being like little savages and the oldest kid in the school being like an emperor. What happened to make them remove the shows I’ll never know.
American Dragon: Jake Long was epic for me. Not Classic Disney material (well hey, it’s a TV series), but really good and I caught up with all the episodes. I was intrigued by Jake’s relationship with Rose, which is really awkward for me because I usually roll my eyes at teenage relationships being brought up in the middle of a good story. Then again, maybe it’s because Jake is so loyal to Rose, unlike the live “action” comedies where the teens switch dates every 2 episodes or something.
Was mildly entertained by The Emperor’s New School but I think it ruined The Emperor’s New Groove, as did the cheapquel Kronk’s New Groove. They modernized so much, and made Kuzco even dumber (you’d think he should have got his education throughout his life instead of at the last minute!). The morals and lessons he learned are speeded for him to learn within thirty minutes, rather than going through a long journey and gradually changing the hard way like in the first movie. I repeat, this show practically ruined what the first movie was all about.

I am so massively excited for the Season 2 return of Rush, an Australian cop show drama that premiered last year. It follows the lives of members of an elite special police response unit called the Tactial Response team (it has to be fictional since they take some creative licence with the uniforms and vehicles, but it’s largely based on Melbourne’s real-life Critical Incident Response Team). It’s in the vein of 24 and Spooks (a great Brit production I recently discovered, by the way) in terms of that it takes place largely in real-time and they try to stop the criminals before they commit the felony rather than solve the crime once it’s done (like CSI, or any other standard police procedural out there).
It’s the only Aussie drama I actually enjoy (I don’t really care much for those Neighbours or Home & Away sitcoms, and I tried City Homicide and The Strip last year and didn’t really get into it) and I’ve actually religiously watched every episode. If I miss it on air, I even try to catch up online!
Each episode is relatively self-contained as the team deals with an emerging crisis (or several!), but there are overarching story arcs like the requisite romantic liaisons and clashes with superiors. Frankly, I don’t get quite emotionally-invested in the characters as other law enforcement agents in say, Life, Castle or Lie to Me, because most of the time they look angry or upset (again, kinda like 24) with little respite from the demands of their job. It’s actually emotionally-draining, and I did wish they have more comic relief in there (but I guess it would mess with the ‘feel’ of the show) but most of the ‘fun’ is in watching how they defuse each crisis, whether it be bank robbers, terrorist bombers, teenage party riots (which was eerily ripped straight from the headlines) or VIP kidnappings.
Sometimes, they even fail and suffer the emotional trauma that comes with it, which gives it that sense of gritty, down-to-earth reality that the more optimistic U.S. detective shows lack (solve the crime, catch the perp, happy ending). I was devastated when [spoil]Claire van de Boom character’s[/spoil] died, cos’ she was my favourite female from the team, but oh well, at least they have newcomer Jolene Anderson to replace her.
Only one more day to go! Have any Aussies or people overseas heard of this?

Any folks from Kangaroo Land watch Masterchef Australia? I’m not a big fan of reality shows (cos’ I think most of them are inane and stupid, and I’d rather hear a good story than watch ‘real-life’ 
), but I’m forced to watch this every freakin’ night because my younger brother’s a huge fan of it. 
Anyway, I do enjoy it from time to time when they come up with fantastic-looking dishes, but man, do I hate George and Gary (I dunno, they come off a bit snooty to me). I thought Matt, the guy with the cravats (he even has a name for each one!) would be the annoying one (from his frowns in the promos), but he actually came off as the nicest!

, anyway, three of my favourites are out; I call them “Cate Blanchett” (Linda Kowalski), “Cobra Bubbles” (Tom Mosby) and “Me” (Andre Ursini). Whenever the last guy’s name is mentioned in particular, I always answer the TV (even if I’m in another room) to annoy my bro.
George: “Andre?”

I only have two left who I want to win, “Happy Fat Lady” (Julie Goodwin) and “The Panda” (Poh Ling Yeow, a fellow Malaysian, by the way! 
). I do not want beer merchant Chris Badenoch to win, for the love of good food and wine! He may be an excellent chef, but he always has a sour face and fellow contestants complain about his self-centered attitude and underhanded tactics (Poh hinted in a recent interview how Chris sabotaged her for a previous challenge, true or not, we don’t know, but there can’t be smoke with no fire…). People suspect he has had professional training before, as he keeps mentioning he has a “friend” who helps him out.
I recently joked with my brother that this “friend” of his is really a rat hiding under his fedora, giving him a hand.

I have watched bits of Master Chef. I didn’t like The Biggest Loser because it’s just one plot twist after another…
Wow, Episode 1 of Rush Season 2 was waay better than last season’s domestic dispute/car accident pilot! Glad that it’s got an earlier timeslot and being promoted more heavily than last year, I can’t wait to see the next ep (from the ads, it looks like they’ll have to perform a high-rise rescue of a Playboy bunny dangling from a banner ).
And I just watched the season finale of Masterchef. I’m sorry, but I’m utterly disappointed. I was hoping Poh would win since she’s obviously the better cook (Julie has a great personality, but she kept mucking up her dishes and can hardly stay calm under pressure). It proved what one food critic in today’s newspaper said, that if Julie won, it would prove the show was more of a popularity contest than one that judged talent. Still, can’t say I’m not happy for her; she looked so glad when she was announced the winner and her family came to congratulate her, so I’m happy for her. And I had an enjoyable three months of watching contestants mess up their dishes, spontaneously combusting in that cheesy flame transition to the ad breaks, Matt’s frown, George hopping in place, Gary’s eternal poker face, Julie’s wiping sweat off her brow, and Poh’s cheshire cat grin (my brother and I always laugh at Poh cause she looks like one of those miniature cat statues of luck they have on Chinese restaurant counters with her constant smiling). Regardless of who won, most of the finalists now have a jumpstart in their cooking career thanks to the show. I’m just glad Mr “Grumpy Face” Chris didn’t win.
If it’s any consolation, they aired the first Australian TV spot I’ve seen for Up, two months before its September 19 release date! I’m sooo elated, that made my night more than a televised cooking show, to be honest!
Chuck… Yvonne Strahovski, and Zach Levi add Sarah Lancaster and you have an eventful show full of laughs… and a lovely shot at the traditional Spy genre and nice empowerment for Supergeeks like me!
Top Gear Well we’re on Episode 5 of 7 of the latest Series (13) in the UK… and tonight being Episode 5 sees more eventful stunts and challenges from Captain Slow, Clarkson and The Hamster!
Ugly Betty The Uk has not long received series 3 so we’re in the middle of it!
Total Wipeout ts a Knockout with the Hamster at the Helm! very funny… The American Version is good too… but then The Hamster is more entertaining, and in my opinion should be offered a role in Cars 2, as a Opel Cadet from the 60s!
Haha, that Top Gear episode was awesome, Captain Pan. Captain Slow won for once! I love how so many people watch the programme even if they don’t have an interest in cars, including myself.

I LOVE Top Gear! It’s like the ultimate car show for motoring enthusiasts! I used to watch and tape the half-hour cuts on BBC until I realised the actual show was an hour-long! I’ve watched a few episodes here and there whenever they show it on SBS (an Australian ‘artsy-alternative-programming’ channel). They have an Oz version (into its 2nd season), but I have not been impressed by the episodes I’ve seen so far.
My bro watches Chuck. I watched the pilot on a plane trip and was turned off by the far-fetched stupidity of it all (and it came off a little like Wanted with a hot chick saving a geek in a car chase). But my bro says he’s watched the first season and it’s good, so maybe I should give it a second chance.
I’ve heard great news about Torchwood. It’s a spin-off from Doctor Who, right? I’ve heard the same about Doctor Who. Hm, maybe I should give those two a try.
Has anyone watched Life on Mars? It’s a great detective show that harks back to the cop shows back in the 70s like Starsky & Hutch or The Rookies. I’ve watched a couple of episodes from both the US and UK version, and while I appreciated the grimy, gritty feel of the Brit original, I prefer the Americana adaptation, because I guess I’m more used to the US slang and police conventions, not to mention, it feels ‘lighter’ than the Brit’s morose one. But it’s a personal preference, and they’re both good in their own right. I’m really pumped for the Brit sequel Ashes to Ashes coming to ABC. It features Gene Hunt again, this time paired with a female cop and in the 80s (my favourite decade!). I think they already aired this like a year ago in the UK, but I guess I can catch up on Free-To-Air.
Speaking of Brit cop shows on ABC, there’s another Brit production inspired by a US show in turn that I really love. It’s Spooks, which shows on Monday nights here. I discovered it while late-night channel-surfing a month ago, and I watched the episode where they faked the death of an agent by poison and resuscitated her in a church (don’t know which one was that). Since then, I’m hooked! The storylines are ripped straight from the headlines, the characters intriguing with back stories, the themes compelling (the effects of deceit and betrayal among fellow agents) and the action relentless! It’s like a Brit version of 24 (down to the split-screen techniques, real-time events, and the episode ‘closer’), only more stylish and featuring the entire team rather than a one-man army. Unlike other shows I’ve seen, not a single episode has disappointed me so far, which is quite impressive! It’s my new “Show-to-look-forward-to-every-week”!
Oh, and I just watched the second episode of Rush! It just keeps getting better; this time, they go undercover to investigate a drug syndicate run by uni students and two of the runners are a Malaysian and Singaporean! There’s even a point where Stella (one of the cops) has to communicate with the Malaysian in dialect (with Lawson the team leader, barking for someone who can speak “Asian” ). I didn’t like how they make S’pore out to be this unforgiving place where you face the death penalty (although it’s very true!), but I liked how they used contemporary issues to be the focus of each episode. And aw man, the opening Playboy bunny rescue sequence, it’s so freakin’ awesome!
If no one has any idea what I’m talking about, you can watch 'em online. Be warned, I’d give this a Mature rating for partial nudity and drug themes.

I just recently started watching episodes of Chowder on YouTube… I’m not real big into cartoons (completely turned off by Spongebob…), but someone told me I should give it a watch. Man, I love that kid! He’s so freakin’ hilarious; and his voice is really different and adorable.
And omg… the first time I heard Schnitzel I literally started laughing out loud. “RadaRadaRadaRada…”!!! The interaction between Chowder and Panini gets some laughs out of me, too. Like I said - I’ve never been into cartoons, but this one got me.

I’ve recently been watching episodes of House of Mouse on YouTube (because there’s nowhere else to watch it anyway) and I love it! I haven’t seen it in what?-eight years?- and I totally miss watching it on TV on Disney Channel. It used to be rerunned on Toon Disney as well, but then coughcoughstupidcoughcough Disney XD had to take over and Disney cartoon series went almost completely out of business. House of Mouse gone altogether.
They have interesting puns, crossovers, funny made-up advertisements and also feature classic Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto cartoons!

Well, my little sister watches Disney channel, nickelodeon, and cartoon network pretty much all the time, so I’m completely sick of anything on those channels. The one I hate the most is without a doubt, iCarly. I have never laughed while watching it (and I have to watch it a lot when I’m babysitting).
As for shows I like, they are Family Guy, Futurama, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, South Park, The Office, Whitest Kids u’ Know (mostly from Youtube because it’s hardly on TV anymore), and of course…
