Before I show you ANYTHING else, you HAVE to see this! This is possibly the best work I have ever done. This is my friend’s character, Vernus Destro (copyright Brandon Ferguson). He’s a 3000 year old bounty hunter who is possessed by a demon. He struggles with a constant battle against the second soul inside him, but at the same time gains unnatural powers from him. If you haven’t guessed, he’s been through a lot in his life, including losing the love of his life, Eleanore, about a hundred years ago.
We both RP our characters on DA within out group, with our RP accounts (where I post most of this work). And is and my character, Vis, have sort of… pairbonded, if you will 
. Trust me, was rather unexpected for me, as well. And you’ll understand once you see her.

This is my character, Visessentia (copyright Tiffany Groff). She is a Neo-Gothic Christian from another dimension called Tapetrum. She has in-born abilities which come along with her kind, Alter-Beings (defined here: deviantart.com/art/Alter-Bei … -381284616 ). She, too, crosses time in millennia a she was born in 1002, and is no over a thousand years old. She went through a similar tragedy as Vernus, among many others, losing her husband while fleeing their home dimension for Earth. She works occasionally as a vigilante, and is greatly anti-social, save for her very close friends (Vernus being one of them).
Pictured with her is her Umbraater Shepherd (copyright Tiffany Groff), Quies. He works as a service dog for her PTSD, and goes everywhere with her.

This is a collar that Vernus recently gave Vis. They’ve got something of a dominant/submissive relationship, and being Gothic and deviant from the norm, this was only appropriate.

Amaranth, Visessentia’s late husband. He is also an Alter-Being, with great power as she has. He loved her very much, more than most can understand. These two had an ability to merge with each other to become one even stronger being, and were essentially unstoppable on the battle field. They were constantly in contact with each other and nearly always together. His death was a great blow to Visessentia.

Visessentia and some of her MANY siblings (there’s 21 children from her father in total). They all are Alter-Beings or Alter-Being hybrids, and they all have slightly different abilities. But the biggest difference is in their personalities. They each have a value which they represent, and they may be a good or bad example of it. But it is something that helps dictate how they run their lives.

Visessentia’s father in wolf Form and human form. He’s the lord over most of Tapetrum, and is less of a ruthless ruler than a careless one. He can be quite cruel if he choses to be, especially if his land is threatened. But the majority of the time he spends with drinks and women, leaving his country to operate in anarchy. He is a passionate, but hateful person, and often lets his rage overcome him.

Also known as “that other reaper,” This is Cillian deRange and Vis together. This was based of a GIF and an RP we did. Cillian is something of a subordinate to Vincent, and typically, “follows him around” while they work. He’s more of a troll, though. And he like to have fun, whereas Vince is kind of a… grouch. Or at least so people say. I’ve always found him completely enjoyable company .
