Lazing on a Monday afternoon! I gotta start something productive.
Gonna go see Monsters U again, this time I’m taking my mom to see it. Also, I’m really happy because I have tomorrow off from work. Its been a long time since I’ve actually had a day off. I mean I have Sundays off, but thats the day I do everything… so doesn’t feel like a day off. Working 2 jobs is ridiculous, but leave it to me to be ridiculous.
I have been a fan of it for years now and it is by far my favourite comic book adaption. Just to clarify, I was referring to the 1978 film.
It has it’s flaws (Gene Hackman’s Luthor, limited effects of the time), but feels right to me.
I watched Amour.
After reading a lot of criticism on the internet in general about anything Pixar does nowadays, I am actually more grateful of the fandom here. There aren’t very many places I can go on the internet that make me feel very good. This one, for one, makes me feel better at least.
