Just went to watch The Wolverine.
Still thinking about the Sabal Palmettos down South…and also the seals at Pier 39…and then I go on over to thinking about how and when am I ever going to find 2 Incredibles Pez dispensers that are supposed to be Elastigirl and Dash because there’s still no sign of them anywhere in my area.
How bad was it?
The only Film version of Batman I liked was Michael Keaton. While The Dark Knight films were good, Christian Bale was not to my liking, particularly in costume (his mouth looked terrible). I don’t think highly of Ben Affleck as an actor and after the atrocity that was Man Of Steel, I expect a terrible film, particularly after the small bits of information Snyder (who is a bad director anyway in my opinion) has revealed.
Watching Pain and Gain.
Still thinking about the Sabal Palmettos of the South–and my Majesty Palm specimen which I have dubbed under the name Cali la Majestic (pronounced Cali the Majestic)…
Watching No.
I watched Short Term 12 today (loved it). After watching it, I was thinking about how this has been the summer of the indie movies for me. I loved Before Midnight (my favorite movie so far this year, and will probably be my favorite of the year), The Way, Way Back, In a World, Fruitvale Station and The Spectacular Now. Mud and Byzantium are the only two I’ve seen and didn’t enjoy. While all of the blockbusters I’ve seen did nothing for me, and the animated movies I’ve seen we’re ok.
I’m glad I don’t have to go back to school this year because I have just now officially graduated!
Oh, and I still have my mind on the Sabal Palms…
What did you think of Pain and Gain, SoA?
I just watched The Great Gatsby twice. I really liked this movie.
I think it’s one of Bay’s best films… Which isn’t saying a lot.
I think it had potential in another director’s hands.
Watching Mud.
GTA V!
This trailer literally brought me to tears. This and Planes are all that I’m hyped for this month.
Watching R.I.P.D.
^ Just saw it a fortnight ago (along with another Ryan Reynolds flick, Turbo)!
It’s very cheesy and kinda rushed towards the end, but I like how the world-building and how they introduce the “rules” of supernatural crime-fighting. I personally loved it as a free-and-easy buddy cop movie, but I wouldn’t watch it again anytime soon.
Started work at TJ Max today.
Watching World War Z.
So I looked at today’s cover page of the newspaper I work for…
SQUUUEEEEE…!!! :3
Wrote an essay on The Simpsons vs Family Guy It’s on it’s history, characters, stories, setting, comedy, and repception. I think The Simpsons is overall better because it’s more mature and appeals to a larger audiance.
I sometimes feel like I’m ignored by people on facebook.
Happy birthday Freddie Mercury <3 gonna go listen to Innuendo now!!
I had an…interesting experience today.
There’s a fridge in the school lunchroom where we can put our food in.
My class had an ice cream party in there today. I missed it, and later my teacher told me that there were ice cream sandwiches in the freezer. She said more details about it, but my mind wandered off to other things, and I mostly heard where they were.
There was a box of plain ones, and a box of cookies and cream ones. I took a cookies and cream one.
…Then later I heard her telling another student in my class about it, and this time I listened better… and she said that only the plain ones were ours and the cookies and cream ones were someone else’s. ![]()
