I gotta leave for piano class early today (which means…now!) Also, I’m watching Howl’s Moving Castle.
I’m sorry you feel that way, L-C and JSWeC.
Anyway, I can’t get my mind off my Christmas presents!!!
I’m thinking it’s hot in here and I’m going to take my jacket off.
skunklover: I wish it was a little bit warmer where I am right now!
I watched Toy Story 3 with my family last night, that was fun. It was the first Toy Story movie my mom watched. It was sweet having my parents watch it, because they’d see toys (like the lawnmower, Chatterbox Phone, Dolly) and say “I use to have one of those!”
^ The same thing happened to me! But my grandmom used to have one of those Phones, and I remember playing with it. Not my parents, but close enough
It snowed a lot over here, but not as much as last year. We had 30 inches and piles were over my head. Last year was amazing. We got about 10 inches of snow two days ago, but it feels so small compared to our last big storm. More snow!! Please!
Gonna take a bath then watch my new Castle in the Sky DVD on my also-new computer!
I’m thinking about how awesome it’s gonna feel carrying my new Beatles lunchbox to school in a week.
Also, thinking about where the heck my iPod could’ve gone.
I just put a bunch of new songs on it last night, courtesy of an itunes giftcard I got in my stocking, and now I can’t find it for the life of me. -__-
I hope you find your ipod Rock-itpop!
I’m watching Sarah Palin’s Alaska. I’m not a fan of Palin, but I like this show and I love Alaska. It’s the episode where Kate Gosselin and her 8 kids go camping. The kids didn’t complain, and where having the greatest time. Kate on the other hand spent the whole time complaining, while her hosts were trying to help her. It’s like suck it up for your kids Kate.
Oh sweet! I have some Disney lunchboxes but I’ve never had any reason to use them because, well, I eat lunch at home.
Thankfully, I checked my Best Buy rewards points yesterday and discovered that they were due to expire in a week. My mom and I accumulated $10 worth since the summer, yay! I figure with a $13 top I need to return, I can get How to Train Your Dragon on blu-ray basically for free. I really need to get on the special features/commentary.
ETA
All that talk of rewards points forced me to log in to Disney Movie Rewards for the first time in a while. Oh boy, have the points piled up! There’s nothing I have my eye on exactly, but there is this lovely Beauty and the Beast litho set and this scaled replica of WALL-E. The former would fit right in with my other lithographs, but where the heck would I put the latter replica?! It’s still very cool, though. I think I might hold out for something big… I’m browsing their collectibles section and I already have the Ariel figurine from my WDCC membership, and I don’t care for Winnie the Pooh or Chicken Little. At the same time, I don’t know if I’d want a 5k figurine of Buzz or Woody; the toys and replicas they’ve released in stores satisfy me enough! Why am I so picky? Grrrr, I don’t know!
That’s really cool, I wish I had that!
My auntie runs a video store, so I’ve got a lot of points I haven’t redeemed, because I’m lazy.
That Wall-E is awesome!
Aaah, rock-itpop, you’re so lucky. I’m somewhat picky when it comes to building up my DVD/Blu-Ray collection, so I only have animated Disney and Pixar films for points–but a good amount of 'em! I’m pretty sure I want that Wall-E replica, even if I can’t set it up anywhere this moment. I gotta keep it away from my cats, as it’s cardboard and they’ll tear the little dude to shreds. Eep!
I was just think about how I go back to school in a week. I like school but we have a test right after we go back and I hate having tests right after we go back to school.
What’s on my mind right now? Umm, the fact that I got Professor Layton not even a week ago… and I’m already at the epilogue. ;n; I probably wouldn’t have beaten it that fast if I wasn’t on it for like, three days straight. I’m actually having more fun doing it over again with my mom.
…It’s gonna take me a little while to beat Super Scribblenauts and Kirby’s Epic Yarn, though. I don’t get to play them as much as I have been playing Layton.
Not like most of you guys care, it’s just that this is a thread to post random thoughts, and that is the first thing that popped in my head.
I love that movie!! <3
I might be stupidly insane enough to buy this limited edition WDCC piece. I just about fell out of my chair after looking at the retail price, but I fiddled with my budget for next semester and I’ll still have money left over for food or emergencies or small impulse buys (they sure can build up!). One of the pluses of not owning a car is that I can freely spend my money on useless items such as this figurine.
^that figurine is really cool!
I’m thinking about Epic Mickey. and wondering how I can remember who Clarabelle is, but Mickey can’t.
also, how deceivingly cute the rabbit babies are.
queen_of_painting: That Sally figurine is boss! I loves it!
LovePixar: Nos! Everyone here will be going back to school this next week, I don’t have to go back for another two and a half weeks! It sounds great, but I’ll be board and be left alone to do chores. And no one will be on Pixar Planet.
OHMYGOSH. I’m obsessed with this right now. Well, kinda. I got to Tomorrow City and kinda freezed and haven’t played in a couple days. But the bunnies are ADORABLE. And I remember her too! Why doesn’t he remember?? I literally almost cried at Mickey’s face when he sees the Walt statue. It was so sad
My youngest kitty fell asleep on me and she looks super comfortable and sweet. I need a DVD from across the room to remedy my boredom, but I don’t want to disturb her moment of peaceful cuddle time. A claw on a long stick would be useful right now.
