Konrad I appreciate the offer, but it wont make a bit of difference. The bible has as much impact on the way I live my life as Harry Potter does.
I just hate that we live in a world where people believe homosexuality is a sin. I appreciate everyone has different views and if you think its wrong then thats fine, but the fact that there are still places where same sex marriage is illegal is imo rediculous.
(I am unaware if there are currently any states where same sex marriage is prohibited so I apologise if I am incorrect)

For me to get into why I have a problem with your oppinion will just reopen this debate. I have said that it saddens and angers me that there are people who think homosexuality is a sin, and I will leave it at that. I feel dumb now. Anyway, I’ll just continue to treat my uncle as a person; not a homosexual person. That’s usually how I get along with those issues and I won’t bring my personal problems here if people are going to fight a bout them.

Then again, it’s abnormal for animals to mate for life and very few species do so. I supposed we need to abandon marriage completely because it’s against the natural norm. But really, that’s a bad argument to begin with. Humans have evolved far past living naturally. There is nothing at all natural about our houses, clothing, medicines, or habits.
(and it seems many of those species are full of infidelity to boot. The only definite monogamous animal may be the Anglerfish, but mainly because the male literally fuses with the females body and eventually “dissolves”, leaving the female with her very own gonads)

Humans are animals, and do act on instincts. For example, if someone grabs you you automatically try and escape, before you get time to think about it. In extreme situations, we do go back to natural instincts.
