ROFL, that is hilarious! Indeed; GEN3.5 will always be the worst Pony generation, in my opinion. Honestly, I’m not “ashamed” of previous MLP generations unlike most older fans, partly because I grew up with a lot of GEN1 and GEN3 Ponies. I outgrew them and didn’t care that much for MLP afterwards; but the only one that brings me full on shame is GEN3.5, as seen in that video. Not only did the characters barely resemble cartoon horses, it was so over-the-top with its sugariness it just felt incredibly plastic and lifeless.
I also hate that set of ponies. It’s so…weird.
Oh my LOG don’t remind me… as much as I love MLP, the G3.5 line was surely the worst. Ugh.
Their heads creep me out so much.
And I heard somewhere they made mermaid ponies because little kids did not understand sea ponies because they’ve never heard of seahorses. Well, what? 
My fave generation is a tie between the first and the fourth.
