Bonanna137 pretty much answered for me, but yup, she’s Pinkie Pie. Not my favourite of the Mane Six (that would be Fluttershy) but she’s the funniest one for sure!
By “watching regularly”, I take it you’ve seen a few at least? Keep at it, it’ll grow on you (in a very pleasant way, much like Pixar).
And a 100 per cent awesome, haha.
I was quite surprised Pinkie knows about kumquat, seeing it’s a popular dessert here in Southeast Asia. Apparently, it also goes well with tea and vodka (separately).
She also seems more culturally-aware than the other ponies (she throws a lot of culturally-specific names when trying to guess Cranky Doodle’s name) but that doesn’t stop her from being the most xenophobic towards Zecora at first. 
Haha, I’m glad I managed to (accidentally) introduce you to the show. I wish more cartoons nowadays were this earnest and sincere in their storytelling, a lot of them seem to go for sarcasm or sheer randomness. MLP:FIM appealed me to me because it’s very old-school in its characterisations and plots, and its episodes are “grand adventure”-type like Duck Tales, Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers and Darkwing Duck (There’s even a similar costume worn in The Mysterious Mare Do Well episode), along with a few sitcomy-ones like Arthur and Doug. Many kids’ shows nowadays rely on a “Baddie of the Week” storyline to bash up (Jackie Chan Adventures, Ben 10, Danny Phantom), and while that’s not necessarily a bad thing, I personally find it repetitive and antagonistic.
