Unfortunately the user was just on the birthday ticker. But to describe it, it was a screencap from the scene is TS2 when Woody meets Jessie. She’s totally hyped and Woody is totally freaking out… she seems to be saying to him “Do you have cookies?!”. If I find it again I’ll try and link to frakir-chan’s profile.
