Thanks SoA. Interesting you found a Kryptonian font, is it available for download? I found a ‘District 9’ font awhile back on the official site! :slight_smile: And I though the title would go to ‘Doctor Who’, which is much older than Smallvile?

bits&pieces: No worries! I included everyone who wrote a comment after watching Rio in my sig at the point of creation. I’m aware some like Witch_Of_Night and little_chef saw the film after, but it’s kinda tight already. Maybe I might do one for Cars 2 and Kung Fu Panda 2, or perhaps Rango (when it comes out on DVD)!

Does Xurpita stand for anything? Haven’t watched SA or TTC, but his portrayal in the comics is certainly less flattering than he was in the movie clips I’ve seen! And he’s got an entire organisation of debt collectors with the sole purpose of finding him? 8D

So my sig was glitching yesterday, but I’ve fixed and reuploaded it today. Anyone excited? It’s the Rio/Fast Five mash-up I promised in my ‘Brazil Month’ sig, and now the title has been unveiled!

If anyone is unfamiliar with my mash-ups, just click on the sig and watch some of my earlier works. I’m almost finished with it, should be out this weekend or next week, and it’s one of my funniest ever!

Though that isn’t saying very much!

Well, In Brasil, Ze is a nickname for Jose. It’s kind of like Joe is to Joseph. So in Brasil, people know him as Ze, however his girlfriend calls him Jose if she’s upset with him.

The best sites for covers is Vila Xurpita. And the best place for pages is INDUCKS.

Xurpita doesn’t stand for anything, it’s just a name for the neighborhood, but Vila means town. So it’d be Xurpita Town. But it’s more like a neighborhood in Rio.

Haha, well you could say less flattering! TTC is basically an hour of a parrot, rooster, and duck chasing senioritas in an animated acid trip. Jose’s womanizing in that movie was carried on into the comics. He does have a very laid back, Brazilian Carioca outlook on life. And yes, oddly enough ANACOZECA is ran by his girlfriend’s Dad, who hates his guts. For obvious reason. :laughing:

I can send the translations later. But the first picture I put is about Ze’s nephews telling him that they accidently told a Debt Collector where Ze lives, and Ze gets very upset at them and escapes. The second one is his nephews begging him to go go Parent Teacher Night, but Ze doesn’t want to and tells them to take someone else. (Why anyone would leave their children with him, I have no idea). And the third one is called “The Gentlemen”, Ze puts his jacket on mud for his girlfriend to walk on, but later on she has to wash the jacket for him while he watches TV.

And I’m a big fan of your mashups, so I can’t wait to see your newest one!
