I agree, Leirin’s siggy is fantastic! ;u; Such a creative layout, too!
I just changed mine, but I’m still feeling like it’s a bit too large. Or maybe that’s just because I’ve had really tiny siggies as of late, so it looks strange in comparison, I’m not sure.
Awww, thanks so much everyone! I had no idea it’d be so rapturously received.
I unfortunately don’t know how to find the source of the artwork in itself, but I really liked it, which is why I arranged it for a sig.
Aaaiieeeee and little_chef, I love it! :'D It doesn’t look too large to my eyes personally. It’s one of my favorite promo images for the film and the color adjusting is really appealing. <3
Sorry for the late reply… thanks to those who liked my siggie.
And little_chef, I’d be sooooooo happy if you could do that!!! Do you want me to PM you the images, or can I send you the photobucket links? Nice signature by the way; that movie calls my attention a lot.
Leirin, your sig is EPIC. That’s all I gotta say. If I’m not mistaken, that’s the work of Montygog on deviantART. Again, I totally love it!
I haven’t watched Avatar the series, but I like JSWeC’s sig for some reason. It’s the whole bad*ss pose and quote thing.
Leirin’s sig is a great tribute to Pixar, and thanks to the ever-resourceful SoA for finding the, well, source!
I find little_chef’s sig of Wreck It Ralph freakishly annoying, seeing that it’s not out here yet! I’M GONNA WRECK IT! flails madly
…
To anyone who missed it, this was the last sig I wore. Skyfall has to be the best live-action film next to Argo I’ve seen this year, and it’s really interesting how the British spy shares some history with Pixar (MGM’s CFO during its return from bankruptcy, for example, is a former Pixarian). There’s more deets in my review of the Commander’s 23rd screen adventure, which you can find on my Tumblr.
And my current sig is from a great scene in the new Season 3 premiere of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Basically, Twilight Sparkle confronts her deepest and darkest fear, and it’s one of the most dramatic moments since the endings of The Return of Harmony Part 1 and A Canterlot Wedding Part 1.
You can read more on my thoughts of The Crystal Empire two-parter by clicking on the sig. And do share your thoughts in the respective thread or on my Tumblr, and thanks for reading!
TDIT: Thanks! Just recently, little_chef did me a favor and made me a cycling sig out of three recent siggies I wore, and they’re supposed to illustrate some dialogue I made up for these Fire Nation characters. A big thank you to little_chef for doing that for me!
And it’s good to see you on the boards again! I’ve been wondering what you were up to. I did like your James Bond/Pixar sig; just EVE’s prescence in the siggy is awesome!
Well, I changed my siggie for the Christmas Season… I’ve been planning doing it since I joined, I think. I used a piece of the Toy Story Christmas coloring book coverart, added the lyrics to one of my new fave Christmas songs, Francesca Battistelli’s Heaven Everywhere, and used GIMP to sparkle it up – and I very happy with the results! I meant to get it finished and put up by Thanksgiving, but I was torn between this art, the Pixar 2010 Christmas Card art, and something entirely different. But you know, I think I’m happy with this; besides, I’ll probably use a new one every year.
Thanks a ton, Grifoshka! You’re one of the few here who’ve complimented my signatures And though I’ve neglected to tell you, all of yours I’ve seen are wonderful!
OWP, that’s a wonderful Slinky sig! When I get a chance, I might listen to that song on Spotify. I’ve heard of Francesca Battistelli, but never actually took the time to listen to her music. Probably I should.
Thanksies, JustSoWall-eCrazy! I really appreciate that! And yeah, the song is just pure awesome and Christmas-y joy! Francesca Battistelli is one of my fave artists And even if you don’t like the song, you gotta admit those lyrics are just beautiful…
