Who has the best Signature?

FoA: I’m glad you like it! It wasn’t too hard to make, really… I just happened to have seen the the art, saved the pic, and slapped on a cool line in the Bank Gothic and Impossible fonts. That’s how most of mine are done  And you might want to check out my sigs, if you’re interested.
PixarTeo: Love your new Boo one! Haha! That’s just awesome!
TDIT: Glad you like it, too! I guess I’ll spill the beans – it’s concept art from an upcoming Disney Virtual Game called Disney Infinity which looks extremely epic! Let’s see… here’s the link my buddy MTM sent me
polygon.com/2012/12/20/37890 … y-infinity
And I just had to mention K9Girl’s current sig… it makes me chuckle every time I see it!

Thank you ObsessedWithPixar!

Oooh… thankyouthankyouthankyou OWP! Holy guacamole, seeing the full reveal of that pic is even more astounding! That’s the coolest image I’ve seen all week (well, besides that Sports Illustrated swimsuit centrefold, but I digress).

I love PixarTeo’s new sig.

You love it, Oh thank you!

PixarTeo and OWP, I love both of your siggies!!! So amazing and cool!!!

And so, I have changed my sig once again, making an effort to have a new sig (or a sig I haven’t worn already) every week or so, just to get some variety going on. This one here is actually an in-joke related to my numerous Avatar jokes and comparisons. It took a bit of warping to get the fire emblem to fit with the batteries, but the recolor process ended up not being as tedious as I thought; I’m actually quite proud of it. I’m so obsessed with that series…

For both of you, TDIT and PixarTeo, you’re quite welcome!
And JSWeC’s is awesome! That’s some awesome graphics work and it’s quite funny! Great job and thanks for liking mine!

Thank you JustSoWall-eCrazy.

I like how JSWeC snuck the Fire Emblem into her sig - knowing Photoshop, that requires some meticulous warping work that’s harder than the standard crop-colour correction that most sig-makers do, so give yourself a pat on the back!

Another technical marvel is SoA’s Skyfall sig. I love, love, love that opening sequence with Adele, especially that underwater sequence where he gets dragged to the bottom by a giant lady hand and there’s a beautiful water nymph and he’s in that hall of mirrors… gaaahhh

Question: What font did you use for “Spirit” and “007”?

My current sig is a recent favourite of mine from JustSoWalleCrazy. If you like it, feel free to visit her fabulous Graphic Ultrastore.

Thanks. I wanted to use the title sequence as I think it perfectly captures the atmosphere of the film’s best bits. I think it’s one of the best in the series.

I really liked how this one turned out, but I’m anxious to go on to the next graphics, though.

TDIT: Thank you very much! So happy to hear that you appreciate my hard work.

And the siggy looks great on you, I’m glad your using it!

I really like Eve04 sig!

Haha, I like yours PixarTeo! And I love the Borat response TDIT had!

Thanks for telling me the font in your graphics thread, SoA!

JSWeC: You’re welcome, your sigs are always a delight!

EJE: Laugh out loud, I had a feeling you would!

Just wanna get a word in and kindly ask all who read this to click on the link in my sig to read an important announcement concerning forum rules. A few other Mods are wearing links to the same thread too. Thanks!

Thank you E-J-E.

EJE has finally changed her Brave sig! I definitely recognise the first image as the “Barricades” scene from Les Mis. The second… I dunno… that looks like Buster Keaton, but I can’t identify the movie.

Dillinger’s Monsters University sig is radical! Uni days are indeed the best of your life, at least, for me. I still haven’t see the teaser or trailer yet, going on a media blackout like I did for Brave (and I have other fandoms to distract me), though it’s gonna be difficult as always in the lead-up to the film’s release.

That I have! You’re correct, the first image is from the newest Les Miserables movie. One of my favourite parts about the book/musical/movie are the ABC students and their rebellion. Enjolras is my favourite character!

And the second image is indeed from a Buster Keaton Film, this one is Seven Chances from 1925.

Very cool signature, E-J-E! They’re both stylistic images, although I didn’t realize which movies those shots came from.
But I still recognized Buster Keaton, and still cool.

I also like Obsessed with Pixar’s signature since I love Pixar and crossover pictures! Yeah!

Also a shout-out to TDIT’s Up image and Leirin’s Pixar signature!

The fact that you even recognized him is fantastic, considering that most people of our generation haven’t even heard of him! Which I think is abysmal.

I just discovered on Wikipedia that they named themselves ABC as a French pun!

Thanks, I only recognised Buster Keaton because I looked him up after reading a quote by one of my favourite actors, Jackie Chan, some time ago. The stuntman said Keaton’s slapstick humour is a great source of inspiration for his action sequences in his films like Project A (where he played a marine cop in a turn-of-the-century, colonial Hong Kong). I liked that JC flick, it had a nod to a clock hand-hanging scene from another oldie movie I can’t remember.

Thank you LQstudiesPixar! The credit all goes to JustSoWalleCrazy, check out her Graphics thread if you haven’t yet!
