Who wants The Incredibles 2

JediGal: I think the ending for TI was great, but Brad purposely left the door open, hinting of possible future adventures.

Yeah I know. I mean kinda like the Halo 3 ending, okay on topic. Here would be a good plot

Plot:
Remember Bomb boy age, something like that. He returns and puts bombs everywhere and there is a bomb in their house and Violet dies ( :smiling_imp: ) Now after, hmm, have it take place 5 years after, Dash is 15 and Violet is 20, after 20 years, its time to fight him again.

annarborjack - Make sure your post actually makes sense before posting it. At one point, you say Violet dies, and then right after that, you say she’s now 20 and ready to fight.

I think Bomb Voyage would be an old man 20 years after the Supers were banned annarborjack.

While I don’t dread the idea of having sequels (I definitely am looking forward to films like Toy Story 3 and Cars 2), I just don’t think it’s really necessary making a sequel of every Pixar film. I don’t really think we need another Toy Story, or another Cars, or another The Incredibles. I much more like the idea of Pixar continually making new and original movies like Up, Newt, or The Bear and the Bow; original movies that further expand the Pixar universe to places we have not yet explored.
But like I said, I don’t dread the idea. If The Incredibles were to get a sequel, I think it would be the sequel I’d be most excited for, since the original film was awesome.

I’d also love to see a sequel to The Incredibles. Personally, I feel like it’s one of the few Pixar films that is open-ended enough to warrant a sequel. Ontop of that, these characters are some of my all-time movie favorites (animated or otherwise), and I really think that Pixar can do a lot more with them.

I too would love to see an Incredibles sequel. It’s one of the movies that deserves to have a sequel. I would love to see a more dark and serious plot in the sequel, maybe a Dark Mr. Incredible(a homage to Venom, I think). ><"

A dark Mr. Incredible huh Powerful? Hmm, that would be interesting. I would like to see something that no Super Hero story has ever done before though.

It’s like the joke ending for Back To the Future, “To Be Continued…”

Thanks that you liked my idea.
Maybe the hero became the super villain. Then someone will come to fight them.

I’ve been thinking… maybe after Toy Story 3 and Monsters inc 2 and Cars 2 it would’nt be okay t add an Incredibles 2 to the list. I don’t know.

Luke - well, all of us hope. TI2 is long awaited, but it’s only going to go forward if Brad Bird has enough time to write one, as previously stated. Nothing has been announced yet, so don’t ancticipate anything.

Remember everyone, we usually get a confirmation of films after progress of the film has been made. I mean, it might be an unknown for now, but Pixar could secretly and possibly slowly be working on a TI2.

What I meant was, ¿aren’t there too much sequels? Monsters was better left alone, I would a put TI2 instead.

Maybe they have compared both ideas and found they had a better story for MInc2 than they had for TI2.

It would be better to whine or not after seeing all the films though

Here is what I say:
We got nearly 10 years of original movies. Now Pixar is doing nearly 10 years of sequels whether we like it or not!

i dunno if like the feeling of mine each time Pixar wanna make some sequels. it’s rather 50-50. but TS2 did a great job.

I don’t want Pixar to be a sequel producing studio. That ain’t their style. Originality is one of their greatest strengths. However, that doesn’t mean that I wouldn’t want them to continue to explore the previous Pixar worlds.

TSS: agree.

Let me ask everyone this: In a possible TI sequel, would you want the villain or menace to be much more dangerous than the Omnidroid?

YES YES YES YES YES!
