Why does everyone hate this movie?

Okay this is making me feel a lot better  I love the Cars Toons.

Plus, they’re funny, which means Cars 2 is going to be funny.

Woah…I missed a lot. :open_mouth:

Leirin, that’s exactly why TS3’s my least favorite. It kills me, because I <3 the other 2(especially the second one), but it was just too…different. I’m good with sad movies, like Wall-E and Up, but not if it’s sequeling(no, that’s not a word. No, I don’t care.) the only remotely happy part of my childhood.

Anyways…can someone link the afore mentioned “teaser”? I’m confused.

Just look up what’s going to be on the Toy Story 3 DVD. It’s going to be there. Upcoming Pixar mentioned it.

Oh, I get it now. Thanks

Virginia, I think I loved TS3 so much because it was sad. I love movies that have emotion. I guess I was expecting it, seeing as how their movies have been getting progressively more serious and sad. But they don’t lose the light-heartedness either. I wonder how Cars 2 will rank among the tear jerkers…

Somehow, it’s difficult for me to imagine Cars 2 being one of the more emotional Pixar movies. Cars definitely had its sad moments, but Cars 2 seems more action/espionage centered, at least so far.

I have the strongest feeling that [spoil]Finn McMissile is going to be the villian[/spoil] like [spoil]Lotso seemed nice first.[/spoil]

As for the tear jerkers, I think [spoil]Doc may pass away.[/spoil] If that happens, I am going to cry my eyes out. Seriously. 8D

Yeah. Cars isn’t really too emotional for me for the most part, except I cried at the end because I loved it so much  I kinda hope they bring a darker edge to Cars 2. It doesn’t even have to be that sad, since making me cry doesn’t take much. I’ll be thrilled if I cry. I’m weird

No you’re not weird. I’m the same way.

Cool! I always thought it was just me. Like who wants to be sad? But it just shows me that I have feelings for the characters. So it’s a good thing in my book.

Are you hoping for it to be emotional??

If Cars 2 is even the tiniest bit more emotional than TS3, I’m going to cry. I came really, really, really close while watching TS3 (both times) so any more emotion will make me cry for the first time during a movie.

Woah, Grace, I’m probably the most emotional movie person ever. Up, crying. Toy Story, bawling. I can’t help it

I’m hoping for it to be emotional. :unamused: Very emotional!

You didn’t cry for Toy Story 3!!!??? I cried my eyes out!

I love when cartoons make me cry, but I refuse to accept when romantic dramas do. I don’t admit it. Evangeline, I didn’t mean that it was bad, it was just…bad for me. It didn’t feel like Toy Story.

Well that’s another thing. I’m hoping they will expand on the romance part.

Evangeline- I had never really experienced such emotion in movies before, so Up, I was really sad. TS3, My eyes were getting watery and starting to sting. I’m actually hoping I get to cry at a movie soon.
x3haijessiex3- I came so close! :frowning: I really thought I was going to cry, and then the credits came on.
EDIT: Whoops! Sorry, jessie. :stuck_out_tongue: I’m on too many forum pages at once.

:stuck_out_tongue: I’m not ellie-jessie-eve

:-D) Shew thought you were? The only similarity I see is “Jessie” and the Cars fan group.

Haha, x3haijessiex3! If someone calls you “ellie-jessie-eve” It means that you’rea totally awesome and cool person! :sunglasses:
