Hush, you need not be worried. Obsessions are habits which we all have, and sometimes cannot control. They’re a bit like a craving, really; satisfying them is only temporary in most cases. Sometimes, the best thing to do is to think about what you say. Before you post anything, or say anything, try to think in your head: “Is this going to offend someone, annoy someone, or isolate myself from them?” Sometimes, this does not give you the best judgement but it is a fairly good safeguard. You need not do this all the time; just when you think you are sharing sensitive opinions. I have learned the hard way to tread lightly on topics which may flare up people, and to be careful about talking too much about obsessions.
Oh wow, that’s to bad! Is she actually going to do it? When I was in High school, all the people who switched for their bf/gf all broke up. Then their lives just got a thousand times more awkward.
What grind my gears is when people are full of themselves (what happened to being modest)
Thunderclap Headaches grind my gears.I got one last night it really drives you to your knees and then the aftermath is horrible it last for hours or even days.I get these every time my blood pressure goes up and I didn’t have one for a couple years and just got one yesterday.
Call me a Muggle, will they?!? I’ll show them! (Whips out wand and blasts computer screen)
You’re probably right. Honestly, I should just stay away from talking about things I dislike, because they make me just as emotional as things I love. I’m just being a jerk again, and everyone’s mad at me again.
Even when I mean one thing, people take me the opposite way. Just look at the America thing!
Gosh, I know I have no social skills. But right now, I feel like every friend I have has something against me. I just need to talk less. ![]()
Don’t worry. I agree that all of the Harry Potter stuff is annoying.
IV: I get really obsessive too. It annoys me when people tell me to shut up when I talk about something that interests me (like Pixar
) ![]()
Me toooooo!!! My mom is always like “nobody cares about animated movies, okay? Stop it!@!! I’m tired of hearing it!!” Then I’m basically like "
"
I hate it when people get upset and disinterested in what I’m saying. ![]()
My mum is exactly the same. This place is like my heaven ![]()
It grinds my gears how people always call the pot back to the kettle,or when people always have to say something negitive about something someone else likes…I mean cause it’s like “Ok you don’t like it we get it,you don’t have to say it everytime someone says something positive…” you know?
Sometimes when I complain about a movie my little cousin throws up movies in my fasce just because I like them
People at my work cheat in games and only care about winning. That can grind my gears at times.
Those stupid violent action movies really make me mad. I HATE it when people are just bashing and destroying everything in sight, with no regard or respect for people’s property, especially in the middle of cities. They just crash into everything and create such a huge mess, and probably hurt people. Just go fight somewhere in the country, idiots!
I also hate it when they hurt innocent people that have nothing to do with their stupid argument.

Yeah, I think she might.
That’s why I’m hoping they’ll break up, as bad as that sounds…
I feel totally identified with that commentary.
What do you mean Spirit? ![]()
Because, just like you, and “as bad as it sounds”, I’ve wished several times that some of my friends break up.
It’s simply for their own good.
You can relate? I’m glad someone understands. The part that makes me most angry is that a close friend of both of us did the same thing, she switched schools for her boyfriend. At the time, my best friend shunned her for doing it and now she is going to turn around and do it herself. Oh, and another thing…that girl ended up breaking up with the guy and now she is stuck at another school missing all her old friends. ![]()
Yeah. People get silly with that stuff, specially at that age.
