The movies under it are indeed better, but I bear a personal fondness for it.
I like Cars 2 a lot as well, more than my list probably indicated (it’s hard ranking Pixar movies ). I don’t feel that it’s a great movie but I find it very entertaining.
I will admit it was pretty entertaining like the first film was.
The film was just more boring to me then most Pixar films. It’s not boring and I will watch it and be entertained, but not like the other films.
Here’s my list:
1: Ratatouille
2: The Incredibles
3: Toy Story 2
4: Toy Story 3
5: Toy Story
6: Up
7: WALL-E
8: Monsters Inc.
9: A Bug’s Life
10: Finding Nemo
11: Cars
12: Cars 2.
Man, it was extrremely hard to choose how I would put them, but there it is. By the way my top 3 spots generally switch after sometime, for example The Incredibles becomes my favorite and then Toy Story 2 becomes my favorite, but at the moment this is how it is.
Nice list! Although I enjoyed Finding Nemo, I think it’s a little low on the list.
Me too Milan!! Those are also my favorites, but I also toss Up in there.
Exactly!! I totally agree.
Well, I can’t speak for Milan. But personally, it was always very low on my list because it bothered me so much when I was little(and still, really). But it is rising on my list, and I do enjoy it a lot.
I see. A big reason why I liked it was because it mixed some good comedy in with some drama, which is why it’s up to the higher elite on my list.
I love every Pixar movie. They just vary in how much, and they do switch places all the time.
Same here. My list changes quite often due to my personal tastes for the films.
Yes. Everything below 3 is probably completely different within a week.
Not really for me. My list mostly has changes in the middle of the lineup.
I really enjoy Finding Nemo! It was my favorite film of all time when I was much younger, but I just enjoy the others more and thanks.
Up is a brilliant film and I love it, but I just like the ones I put above more. I love every Pixar film really (yes even Cars 2)!
No problem. Finding Nemo is one of those Pixar films that has always ‘struck’ through me since I was younger when it first came out.
My major issue is that I have a favourite Pixar film of the week moment…so whilst I wasn’t so keen on Ratatouille one month, it ranks in the top 5 the next
I love all of your lists though!
A Bug’s Life also seems to be low for everyone.
It does^^, but I struggled to decide whether to put it lower than Finding Nemo or higher, I eventually decided I like it more. I really like it alot, but Pixar would get better over time.
Good point. Who knows if Pixar’s upcoming films will be better or worse then A Bug’s Life.
You’ll find A Bug’s Life in my top 3 every time
I kind of have a better opinion on the film now. I don’t think it’s Pixar’s weakest film as that would go to Cars 2 now.
