Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part II

Ugh, the veiwers in my country are so boring, they NEVER clap! :frowning:( or mabe I watched it with non-Potter addicts. If it was the premiere I bet it;d be different

Well actually not that crazy. Wizards are real in this world not just in other worlds. I have no proof but where do we get the stories from? Hmm hmm!

(GANDAALF IS THE GREATEST WIZARD HANDS DOWN!)

I would like to see a fight between Gandolf and Dumbledore.

I find it amusing that after Richard Harris’s death, they actually asked Sir Ian McKellen, who played Gandalf, to play Dumbledore. But he turned them down and they went with Sir Michael Gambon instead.

My favorite choice was Peter O’Toole, who was also approached. Oh, well.

True, Ive always wished I would get my letter… But now I just wish I could meet one

If I was a Wizard I would

Do magic do help friends and family.
Get revenge at the people I hate.
Fly on a broom and make people jealous.
Use magic to get work done easier.

And you would be in Azkaban by now 8D

Dont worry I would be too 8D

Hey, wasn’t there a scene in the 7th book where they go to a mental institution or someplace and they see Lockhart (from the 2nd book/movie) and Neville’s parents? Just wondering…

No, that’s chapter 23 of Order of the Phoenix, not Deathly Hallows.

Oh, OK. It’s been a while since I’ve read the books so I couldn’t really remember.

Don’t worry, most people seem to forget the details. I’m just that weird to know them by heart 8D

Except that the details are what maade Harry Potter a success. Without the descriptions of this world J.K. Rowling had creaated, the books never would haave sold so well. Telling what everyone is eating, Mundungus’ description of nicking someone’s toads and selling them back to him, Luna Lovegood’s hat of a lion’s head that she wore at a Gryffindor versus Slytherin Quidditch maatch.

What is ridiculous is thaat [spoil]Ollivander in the film knows about the Deathly Hallows, when he should only know about the Death Stick, as far as the book goes.[/spoil]

I haaave not seen the film yet, but there are clips on Youtube.

And let’s not forget that [spoil]Goyle is not capable of learning how to cast Fiendfyre. Crabee might be, but not Goyle. This is wht happens when actors get themselves arrested.[/spoil]

Yeah, of course, and I remember each of them, but I simply know most people don’t. I can expect everyone to have my obsessive kind of fandom.

And yes,[spoil]Ollivander knows about the Hallows in the movie. They only did that to remember the audiences what they were, which is ridiculous, as they don’t do anything with them in the subsequent movie plot.[/spoil]

Dang, I missed out three pages worth of HP conversation!

Haha yeah I’m like that. I also get offended when people mispronounce the names of people or places. Or when they mistreat books (I literally die.)

Me too, you’re not alone!

Remember this sig I made.

^ I remember it!

So this is kindaaa Harry Potter related, but my friend’s taking some of us to see How To Succeed At Business Without Really Trying on Broadway for her birthday in October. I will see Dan Radcliffe. Singing. On. Stage. In the SAME ROOM  I literally cried when she told me! I can’t wait <3

OH MY GOD i HATE YOU! :imp: Kidding. I’m so jealous! I’d totally pee myself…Is he good at singing?

 I’m not completely sure! I watched a number on YouTube one day, and he wasn’t terrible! To tell the truth, I don’t care if he’s good, or even if the play’s good, just to be with him. It’ll be so cool, I’ve been watching him grow up since he was such a small child  Starstruck :open_mouth:
