One thing I wanted to quote from Andrew in that interview:

I just found that a bit funny knowing that Tarzan was one of Disney’s films. And I had no idea that Andrew had such a big childhood background history with John Carter. I think the source material may have been way before my time, but I can tell how passionate he is for it.

No mention of Andrew Stanton? Come on, Disney. Andrew won 2 Oscars. The least you could do is mention his name in the trailer. Paramount didn’t mention Brad Bird’s name in the trailer for MI:GP, either.

They did actually mention Bird’s name; as part of the billing block

From Stanton’s Q&A it sounds like he had a lot of say over how the trailer was cut. Maybe he’s too modest for his own good to put his name in it.
