My dad told me to record inception today for him. It starts in a hour and a half, so I’m gonna watch it with him for Fathers day.
Great movie, Inception, but I won’t watch it again in months

Today I watched A SIngle Man, for which Colin Firth was nominated for an Oscar.

I did like it. I don’t think it’s a movie for everyone, simply because the plot isn’t that exciting. However, if you like movie that analyze something and make you think about your own life, you will probably like A Single Man. It greatly analyzed the relationships we make in life, both romantic and platonic, and how those relationships affect us. I found it to be very interesting, especially it being set in the 1960s, a far less accepting time period than our own today.
Last night I saw Super 8. It was fantastic! JJ Abrams is awesome.

I finished watching Fish Tank not to long ago. Some people in the press compared it to Precious. I enjoyed Fish Tank more than Precious.
I guess one of thhe reasons why I’m so hesitant to watch Super 8 is because I have no idea what to expect.
If you’ve seen Close Encounters and ET, those movies give you an idea about what to expect. It’s a great movie, and you would be missing out by not seeing it.
I watched A Single Man for the second time recently with the audio commentary playing, and it made me love the movie even more. I loved hearing about all the symbolic images put in the film and the meaning behind certain scenes. It was like watching a new movie. And I LOVED hearing the director talk. He has such an eloquent way of speaking.
Don’t be hesitant! It is a really great film.
I watched The Iron Giant. I always makes me cry multiple times throughout the movie. It always stays with me from the rest of the day after I watch it, and I gotta fight back the tears while it stays with me. They had such a beautiful friendship.
Oh, that is such an awesome movie. Brad Bird always makes incredible movies (no pun intended)
So true! And because of that, I’ll be watching my first Mission Impossible film in December!
I am actually very excited to watch Cars 2 either this weekend or next weekend.
