I was watching TV and a commercial for the Toy Story Collection came up! 
the weird part was that it included a Jessie doll. Have you guys heard of this yet?
Was it the expensive one? Or just the cheap one thats already out? That one we’ve seen (and some here already bought). But if it was in a Woody’s round up box its new.

It was only on the screen for a few seconds but it was with the high quality Rex, Woody, Buzz, and Mr. Potato head.
You saw Potato Head in the commercial?! I didn’t see him in it. Did you see a different shorter version of it?
Can this commercial be seen anywhere on the web?
I’m surprised this new commercial would not be on their website along with their other commercials…
So i went to my local Flea Market today and found a medium size toy story booth. The guy said his wife was a collector when the movie first came out. She had the large 4’ Woody sitting in a rocking chair, not for sale though. He said there were only about 1,00 of these made for Disney Stores when the movie first came out. There’s currently one on eBay and the person is asking 980. He’ll be lucky if he gets 200 in my opinion.
There was also a clear looking Buzz Lightyear. I believe it came out from the 2nd movie, anyone have an idea of what it may be worth? There’s currently 1 on eBay without the original box…

Here’s an update do my previous post asking on people’s experience using ToysRUs.com. I received the Woody Collection figure in a box slightly larger than the figure’s box. There were no Styrofoam peanuts or foam, completely free moving in the box. Woody’s box is free from creases but there are multiple spots on the box where paint has been rubbed off. I probably wouldn’t order a collectible online from them again. Once my local Toys R Us gets more stock in I’ll buy a better boxed figure and return the bad one.
ALSO, I e-mailed Thinkway about the expected release date of Mr. Potato Head and received this e-mail as a response:

Other than Hamm and Jessie, who are essentially confirmed, I think Slink is the only one who has a really great chance of getting made. Mrs. P and Bullseye probably have a decent shot since they’re prominent in TS3 though. Prospector’s possible if the line is doing well and it’d be awesome if they surprised us with a really good Zurg, but I kind of doubt it.
Don’t count on Rocky, Lenny, Wheezy. And you can’t make an Etch more authentic than an actual Etch-a-Sketch. I do like the idea of a two pack or something of the more minor characters though. Lenny/Rocky would be a good one.
A heads-up for UK fans - Sainsbury’s are offering 50% off ALL Toys on Thursday (29/10/09) so it may be worth popping in to see if you can grab a bargain.
My mother in law picked up the certificate version of the soldiers for me at Target. This is the first I’ve seen them in Oklahoma
I’ll be checking with my local Toys R Us tomorrow after work for the certificate version soldiers. They’re getting a truck @ noon, crosses fingers…
Not exactly perfect for this topic, but my mom found an old Woody and an old Buzz from WDW way back in 96’, very awesome to have now, thanks to my new fandom. Buzz could be in much better shape though, especially his wings. His voice is a bit dated as well,…
I saw the same commercial as woody just now and, sure enough, there was a Jessie doll among the collection toys. It went by too quickly to tell if it was new or old, though. Should’ve taken a still.
