How scratched is it? I dont believe I’ve seen any worth sending back, Thinkway is too nice.
You gotta unscrew him, but yes it comes off.
Edit: Ive seen plenty that were bad enough to send back. When you have specs of paint or unknown material embeded inside the plastic, no amount of polish will fix it. though that might not be the case with his.
If it doesn’t risk further breaking the figure, then that’s probably what they’ll do. No used sending in a toy that’s perfectly good otherwise. If you happen to have access to a buffing machine, that’ll make it shine better than new.
This is indeed the case with mine - it has quite a few specks of paint on it, along with several deep scratches. Is there a way to unscrew it without damaging the toy?
For those with scratches on their Buzz helmets, Go out and buy Novus # 2 and # 1 acrylic polish. With soft cloth, you can buff them out in minutes and have an optically clear dome. You should keep it on hand as eventually they do get scratches in them one way or another. I cannot emphasize enough how well this product works for acrylic surfaces.

but actually, what is the major difference between them all? I mean is it the figure? the quality, feature, or anything?

First and last pic are identicle, just different box. The middle one is utility belt buzz from Toy Story 2. he has exclusive phrases.
Jenco from what I understand the first pic has the “first generation” Buzz notice the TSC logo. The second pic has what I like to call Buzz from TS2 with the belt. And the third pic is the same Buzz as the first pic just the “second generation” notice the TSC logo has changed upon other things on the box.
Now as for the toy itself i think its pretty much the same one (pic 1 and 3). but the one with the belt has different added on phrases. If I am wrong someone please correct me im not 100% sure just what I understand of the toys I do not have any Buzz yet

Looks like the Pic numer 2 is the exclusive one… but looks like it’s safe to buy whatever version of Buzz then…
The buzz pic 1 & 3 is the same, but different generation, is there any report about the difference between those two?
I found in ebay the pic no.1 Buzz, I almost buy it… the seller said, he bought it around December 2009… but I think with the TS3 is on cinema now, there should be newest Buzz isn’t it?

the only difference is in the box. there are several versions of the box. each one less movie accurate than the last. The first one is the most accurate, but they are always folded improperly. they didnt figure out how to fold them neatly until the revision.
Just wanting to double confirm that this indeed is the same scale Totoro as in the film and looks to be same exact model they based the one in TS3 off of. Good eyes man, you have a perfect replica.
I had been waiting to see the movie and confirm with my own eyes exactly which Totoro would feel the most correct with the other guys. Walked in the door at 2am…had the exact Totoro you pictured ordered by 2:10. The movie was amazing and totally worth the wait by the way…can’t wait to see it again in a couple of days.

More than anything I hope they make a Trixie that is in scale. All of the other toys I think I can ghetto myself an acceptable version…but a good looking Trixie is a little outside of my abilities. My fingers are crossed that we see her by Christmas.
Do you think they will make a new jessie, because I am really annoyed by how fat she looks. Something just doesn’t look right…
