I have heard people mention they found doll-stands in stores at Michael’s.
Hey guys, i’m new here and just got Woody for my birthday a few days ago so I figured i’d join. You guys have by far had the best info on the TSC set i’ve found anywhere else. Anyway, back on topic.
I am also looking for a doll stand for Woody, and I know they’ve sold them before at michaels, so I am going to check tommorow. But it’s always possible that they don’t sell them anymore. I’ll reply on how it goes.
Also, i’ve been looking for a smaller pull string ring, everyone knows it’s a bit bigger than the movies. What I think might work is the rings from Mattel’s action figure series, either “Collapsin’ Woody” or “Super Sprint Woody” because they both have a ring that activates their gimmicks. The ring on those are slightly larger than half the size of TSC Woody’s ring.
While you’re at Michaels, look in the jewelry type section, or ask an employee for 1" or half inch white plastic rings, because they sell them there. Uusally come in a 5 pack for like a $1. IF they dont have any, check the nearest fabric store. They’re exactly the pull string rings.

Smyths at Charlton had Rex.
They also had about 20 Jessie’s when I went in and I managed to get a near perfect one. There are a few defects but I’d decided that I was leaving the shop with one so picked the best one I could. I’m very happy with the one I got and she looks brilliant with the rest of my collection.
Also Forbidden Planet has doll stands. You might need to spray the base as it has text on it.
I just got back from Wales with a Rex! Toys R Us in Cardiff has a lot of Bullseyes and Lotsos if anyone is near there.
I’m gonna bring Rex to meet Lee Unkrich! I’ll share pics as soon as I get them!
Speaking of which, does anyone think I should ask him about Wave 3? Do you think he would know?

Even if he did he wouldn’t be able to disclose the info. I probably wouldn’t bother to ask him. he gets more questions than he can keep up with as it is. I doubt he knows though.
John Lasseter would know more than Lee since he’s one of the guys who is in charge of all the legal rights of the company.
Pixar in general would know, since they’re supplying the digital data.
Just got back from Michaels, and Yes they do sell Doll Stands. They are not packaged in any form, there’s just a sticker at the bottom of the base. They are on the isle with all the doll parts, as you’d expect, but at mine they were on the bottom shelf, so they were tricky to find.
I’ve managed to swap out Woody’s ring too, and he looks so much better. Ironically, while I was at Joann’s searching for rings, I came across squeaking toy donuts on clearence for .97 cents. So now my Alien squeeks.
I’d love to see pics of woody with the smaller ring when you get a chance, haven’t seen anyone do it yet.
I would love to see a picture of Woody with the Michaels’ Doll Stand and Jessie if you happen to have her as well.

I finally found Bullseye, earlier in the week I went to this Toys r us that was so well stocked they had almost every piece of toy story 3 merchandise Ive seen but no Bullseye. I didn’t have any hope of finding one for a few more weeks but today we celebrated my birthday early and we drove a ways to go out to eat and there was a toys r us that was old run down with a tiny toy story section but to my surprise it was there. They only had 2 and the other one had paint marks all over its eyes. I was so surprised by his HUGE SIZE! My grandma was gonna get me one and send it to me for my birthday but she couldn’t find one so she sent me money instead, good thing cause it would have cost a ton to ship it I’m pretty happy with him overall. They got all the details so perfect except for the eyes the more I look at him the more it sticks out to me how wrong the eyes are It didn’t bother me at all at first

Does anyone’s Bullseye have a hard piece of plastic in the font of the neck that’s poking out? I’m afraid it might rip a little hole in the neck? It looks like they sewed a piece of the electronics into his neck seem
(I dont know if you can tell but it has also made a big dent in his neck that wont come out)
The Disney Store website now has a page for the Toy Story Collection Bullseye. This corresponds with the Thinkway Toys customer service e-mail that they will be released throughout July.
The page apparently isn’t live yet, but you can see that it’s not just the $30 Bullseye when you look at your “recently viewed” items:
It’s tough to be patient when people already have this magnificent replication, but it is most definitely worth the wait.

Toy Story 3 has officially landed in UK Toys R Us, in Southampton at least anyway…
I went in yesterday and there was a TS3 sign outiside which immediately got my hopes up. Inside I was greeted by a complete TS3 back wall with animated point of sale display playing “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”. They had the complete TSC and more other random TS3 products than you can shake a stick at. No Twitch, Chunk, or Sparks yet though.
I was shocked that Rex looks like a dwarf next to a packaged Bullseye! I only left with Bullseye as Rex is over priced by £10 and again all the Jessies (around 10 dolls) had very bad finishes. Was tempted by the Mattel Jessie but I’m determined to find a decent TSC one.
Sadly all of the 10 or so Barbie and Ken packs had the non-movie version head.
I’m not sure but I think my Bullseye has a longer face than average. I picked him because of that, now not sure if that was the best decision. He also has a really bad crease from his tail being folded to fit in the box. Is that common to all Bullsyes?
Will post a pic later today to see what you guys think. Also the more I look at him the more I think his left eye is bigger than the right one. Anyone else have that?
