Good news and bad news. Good news is i found Mr. Potato Head on toysrus.com, but the bad news is it’s only the original reissued. On the other and, this item can now give us some hope for the Collection version to come out soon. AT least i now know my one true wish this year won’t totally be ruined.

I was wondering, are they ever going to make a Mrs. Potato Head? They’re making a Mr. Potato Head (which will hopefully come out soon), so why not make his wife? 
Here’s a question for everyone:
What toys do you think will be released in the next wave along with Jessie? (assuming Mr. Potato Head and Hamm have already been released by then)
My thoughts are:
Bullseye, most likely.
If they’re going to do a Slinky, this would probably be the best wave to do it.
Mrs. Potato Head, depending on the success of Mr. P.
Stinky Pete might be a stretch, as he isn’t a major action character, but he’s still a likely choice.
Zurg, I think, would be an almost obvious choice, due to the cool features he could have.
Possibly a variant Buzz with the Utiliy Belt, and, if we’re incredibly lucky, which I doubt we will be, a variant Rex with the fixed jaw articulation.
What are everyone else’s thoughts on this?
I think the next wave of toys will be Hamm, Slinky, and Jessie.
Has anyone gotten Mr. Potato Head yet? Is it even in stock?
I am getting Buzz for Christmas.
I must be the only one who bought the cheap Rex. 
No, I bought it the moment I saw it. It was the most movie accurate Rex I’ve ever seen… until I saw the Toy Story Collection Rex that’s actually sized correctly with the rest of the Collection. So, I took it back and bought the “real” Rex.
Hey, has anybody picked up the Toy Story Collection Alien 3-Pack yet? They’re pretty cool, they don’t do much but they look like they came straight from the movie! The only thing is they don’t squeak, like in the movie, but I recommend buying them.
I’ll probably pick up the Aliens when they become cheaper or go on sale. I really want them, I’m just very disappointed that they do not squeak or even make noise. Hmmmm…perhaps I can use them to create molds to make real rubber squeaky aliens.
Just an FYI, if anyone has been holding out on buying pieces of the collection, Amazon.com has all of the characters available, most with free super saver shipping if the price is over $25.00, and they are all on sale.

i think it would be cool if eventuaally at some point they made sids toys, they would be awesome. the only thing is that i don’t think many people would buy them as opposed to the main toy story charcaters. it’s a shame they could be really interesting
The prices on Amazon are very inconsistent so you better buy the Toy Story Collection toys now before they go up again.
Wow that’s a great deal, especially on Woody. Finally gonna pick him up. The weird thing is that the non-COA Woody is still listed for $39.99, both sold directly from Amazon.
I went down to my basement to get a drink then I see a slightly large box that has already been opened. I say to my self this could be an amazon box so I open it and I see Buzz and then Woody below. I WAS AMAZED! They look great and I’m so happy that the boxes are in mint condition. Now I am going to get a better look at the toys to spoil my suprise for Christmas.
Yeah, I found that pricing difference odd too.
Unfortunately, I asked about the possibility of Sid’s toys being made, as I really was hopeful too, and this is the response I got:
Thank you for your interest in our Toy Story toys. We will not produce any of the Sid’s toys in the Toy Story Collection line. Please note that Toy Story 2 will be available next year and the Toy Story 3 will be available close to movie launch, not all toys from the original movie will be included in the definitive Toy Story Collection line.

I was disappointed when I got this, because I thought it would be really cool to have an accurately sized Babyface and all of the other toys that I never had when the movie first came out. Oh well, more room for customizers to make their own versions I guess.
I agree, it is a shame that Sid’s toys won’t be made into production for the Toy Story Collection. How cool would it be to have a Hand- in- the -Box musical toy, or a remote control Roller Bob? However, while the Toy Story Collection version may not be covering any of Sid’s Toys, it might conciliate you to know that the Disney Store is producing some of Sid’s Toys. They already have a remote control Babyface that looks pretty cool and I hope they come out with more.
By the way, how does one contact Thinkway Toy representatives? I really want to know if they are going to come out with a Slinky Dog TSC before I start having to modify my own.

i just don’t understand how they could not include slinky, he’s one of the most main characters in the movie. maybe if demand for it goes up, they would reconsider
