Nah, I would say that customer service just said that to throw us off and hopefully get us to stop pestering them.
Also I ordered Twitch for my birthday and I’m sending my Buzz Lightyear away for a replacement.

I also got a message from eleanor lee (from thinkway) but she said the time frame and characters had not been decided yet. this was recieved on the 24th of August 2010. 
Hopefully they’ll do more characters like Twitch, Chunk and Sparks who are to scale but not an actual part of the line.
I don’t understand why they’d be released as late as 2012, surely the popularity of the movie would’ve died down by then, decreasing sales?
Just stop pestering them, people. They’ll announce it when their good and ready. its impossible to really tell if their being serious or not unless it’s a press release or something. To me it sounds like they might want to release something in 2011, but don’t want to be held to that so their just saying 2012 to be safe and get the annoying fans off their butts for a while.
But even if its true, I believe they will still be releasing new Toy Story shorts (Toy Story toons) at that time. so they will still be somewhat relavant, like how Cars is today.
Pixar plans there movies ahead of time, i doubt there making Toy story 4

If that’s the case, Thinkway is playing it waaay too safe. They’re relying too much on a media release to coincide with the toyline. A good toyline should stand out on its own, and Thinkway definately has what it takes. No sense in delaying it now, when the first two waves barely had a year apart (though it must’ve been a bit confusing with delays and pre-releases).
The 2012 might just be to get people to stop e-mailing them, too.

I hope the next wave has all of Dolly’s toys, or at least Trixie, Buttercup, and Mr. Pricklepants. Emperor Zurg would also be awsome! I think he is probably the most likely to be in it.
I agree zurg is most likely. I’d like to see a mr pricklepants, but i just done see that happening.

New Thinkway Collection items in 2011 is great news. I hope we hear what characters they have chosen before 2011 though.
Woo! So glad about the news. A zurg would be amazing. I think they need to create the rest of the main characters though from the 3rd film. Hamm, Slinky, Mrs Potatohead. I would like to see Hamm considering he was considered for wave 2 at one point
The problem with that is, he wont sell as well since disney made a 20 dollars version that is an exact replica.
