On another hand, I just realized what could be done to create a brighter glow-in-the-dark to Buzz. I think you just need some of that crayola glow in the dark stuff and put it on him. I think it comes in green.
No no no, don’t use crayon. If you really wanted to make it glow more just buy glow in the dark paint and repaint the green parts. it glows way brighter than your average consumer grade toy paint could. Let alone some measly Crayola crayon.
I thought it was a good balance that they achieved with the Toy Story Collection Buzz. He glowed about the same as he did in Toy Story, but in Toy Story 3, it was obvious why they had to exaggerated the effect. I wonder how the texture will be affected, since TSC’s Buzz’s paint looks glossy and believable, unlike most other chaulky glow-in-the-dark paints.
Also, does it fade over time?

something about the glow in the dark, my Buzz also doesn’t glow even i put him in a dark room, but one night when i turn off ALL the lamp around my house (my room) ,and there is no light around me, he is glow ,very cool
If you hold your buzz up to light, like a lamp or lightbulb etc… then put him in the dark and he will glow.
I didn’t mean crayon, Kyle, I thought there was some kind of Glow in the Dark Crayola paint.
Even still, crayola has to abide to children safe (and maybe washable) chemical regulations, so your not going to get that bright of a glow. Not to mention their probably not meant to stick to plastics, but paper.

Nope. I’m not expecting to hear a word for at least another month er so.
My base collection is (almost) complete - Bullseye came in the mail today, Mr. Potato Head is somewhere between Chicago and Sydney at the moment, and I bought a DS Hamm online a couple of hours ago, he should be here within a week or two.
My original plan was to get everything - Andy’s, Bonnie’s and the Sunnyside toys, but after doing some math I realised how freakishly expensive it will be to get everything - especially considering I live in Australia and a lot of the toys I see online would cost up to twice the amount they’re going for in postage.
So I’ve settled with the remaining toys from Andy’s room in TS3.
Here’s a pic of my (meek) collection so far. My original TSC Mr. Potato Head broke after I was fiddling around in his insides (trying to disconnect the ‘holes’ so only his mouth, legs and hands wiggle when he talks) so I gave him some surgery and turned him into Mrs. Potato Head, who isn’t in the picture because she’s still getting overly modified - I separated the regular Mrs.PH legs to make separate shoes and am in the process of reconnecting them to the leg section of the body - which has been shortened and painted red.
Oh, I’ve also photoshopped some COA’s for Hamm, Slink and Mrs. Potato Head for those who use them in their displays - I obviously realise that they’re not TSC toys but I’ve been planning to do something with the COA’s and I think it’s nice if they all have matching ones.
They’re not quite done yet, I’m still tweaking the colours, because I couldn’t find a high res example on the net, and my scanner over-saturates everything. I’ll post them when they’re finished.
Just so everyone knows, my local Toys R Us got a huge shipment of Bullseye in today, so if you’re still looking for him at retail price, I’d check your store. They all looked pretty good too, didn’t notice anything too off.
2 things i cant wait to see your COA for slink if its a nice one ill prolly print it and 2nd why did u buy a belted buzz didnt u want andys core toy collection well thats all nice collection.
Oh yeah, I stupidly rushed out to buy Buzz during a big toy sale at Target and didn’t realise he was Belted Buzz until I had bought it and thrown away the receipt. 
oh yeah i waited and got my buzz for only 34 bucks and its not the belted one i got it at super target on sale
