First off…sorry for my Totoro post. I was just excited and wanted to share my thoughts on how good he turned out. I didn’t realize there was another thread for non-TSC stuff.
Wished I would have known that. I just bought RC off of Amazon for $142 shipped. It was the cheapest I could find on eBay/Amazon. Kicking myself for not getting it two months ago for $70 when it was listed on DisneyStore.com. I haven’t seen RC in a store since December 2010 when I bought my TSC Utility Belt Buzz and Woody.
They just got it back in, I’m guessing Toys R Us will continue to order small quantities of everything in the TSC line except Rex and MR P (who they clearanced out)…
Side note: I have your troika tracking if u want it
That’s funny because my Toys R Us has two Mr. Potatoe Heads that have been sitting on the shelf for almost a year at $36. Thanks for the tracking info!
I bought 4 Mr P from amazon 2 christmas ago for $12 each, I kept one, gave one away, and returned 3 to Toy R Us (one at a time) for Toys R Us dollars and got three $50 wii games for $12 each…haha
RC is 69.99 at your TRU so would you be able to get him to me for 100 or 110 shipped? You don’t have to do it just wondering I’m kind of desperate… Of course this would be after I order a clown from you which I still have to get the money for.
Last month I bought a Toy Story Collection Rex on eBay for $145 new in box. I keep all my collections mint in their boxes but this Rex had a lot of dust so I decided to careful open the box and clean him out. As I opened the box I noticed he didn’t have his certificate of authenticity. As collectors of Toy Story memorabilia you can all agree that it’s unacceptable; so I contacted Thinkway about this. They were really glad to help, I received my certificate in the mail today. So relieved and glad!
They did the same for me I bought a new Bullseye from TRU and his COA was trashed & torn I emailed them and 1 week later his certificate showed up in the mailbox. Everyone can talk trash about Thinkway but the one thing you can’t say about them is they have bad customer service because on that end they are excellent.
The laser light on my Buzz Lightyear stopped working so I emailed Thinkway. They quickly responded they would send me out a new one. I was excited thinking I was getting the entire Buzz replaced only to get this in the mail a week later Um… yeah, with no instructions on how to replace this I’ll leave Buzz the way he is. As Hamm would say, “Someone need a hand?”
You should contact Thinkway and let them know you have no idea how to install it. Ask them if you could send your Buzz and have them install it for you, they may then replace it with a new Buzz.
If you want to keep the new hand you can always play that scene with Woody in Sid’s window. lol
Ask Thinkway for instructions on how to install the new arm.
My Buzz Lightyear had a “broken” wing back-pack and they provided clear instructions on how to repair it and it now works perfectly. While replacing the arm looks a little more difficult, due to the wiring, I’m sure they’ll be able to provide instructions on how to replace it.
Otherwise, the extra arm will work well as an accessory for Woody!
