you could always open him up, removed the twist ties and place him back in his box since during the movie he is clearly not held down. Then you have the option of removing him as well.
They modified the Buzz box to for the second wave. Instead of the arrow pointing to rescue, it now says “insert wings here”. And since we DID see the actual box in the film, this makes the TSC second wave less authentic replica and more marketing.

I was wondering, since it says on his box that the prospector says nine things, if they make a TSC one, are they going to stick to him saying nine phrases? I was wondering because they usually make the toys have two modes, but since we see on the box the number of phrases the prospector says, if they made him say more it would be less authentic.
Hmm, I’m not sure. We never got to hear the Prospector’s voicebox being used, but we did hear his lines in the Woody’s Roundup episode so I’m sure some of them will be “Has anyone seen my pick?” and “Yeow, my biscuits are burning!” (and I just noticed they already have some listed on the box).
I’m almost positive he would have more. they don’t design the toys features around the boxes, as we’ve seen from Buzz’s box. Don’t expect an upwards of 50 phrases or anything, but do expect around how many Jessie will have (what is it, 30? cant remember, don’t feel like looking for the picture right now)
I would hope if they use phrases not from the movie that they get Kelsey Grammer to record new lines instead of getting a sound alike. don’t think that would work to well. He’s probably looking for work anyway these days, so why not use him?

I know what it sounds like but your gonna have to show me somewhere where another person is credited to voicing him to convince me it wasn’t him. I think that’s just Kelsey using a higher pitched hillbilly accent.
Even if that’s not Kelsey, they’d need his voice or a soundalike for the Interactive/real mode. Unfortunately, I doubt they’d go out of their way to actually get Kelsey to record new lines. Though, I’m doubting they’ll even make a TSC Prospector.
I don’t think I will never find out if it’s Kelsey or not. If it isn’t him the actor that did voice him won’t get credited for a few lines.

I sure hope so…has the Prospector been confirmed or something? (please say yes) I really wanted to have him from TS2 
Not yet, but it seems like a logical choice since 3 out of the 4 Roundup Gang members have been made, and we all know it wouldn’t be a complete set in the film without the Prospector.
This is kind of random, but does anybody else think that it’s strange that the TSC Woody doesn’t say the phrase “Somebody’s Poisoned the Waterhole!” when you pull his string?
Yeah, i’m definitely hoping we see him released. I don’t remember him actually the real toy treatment from TS2? Either way, they really need to make him

Yes, it is very strange, since every other phrase Woody said when his string was pulled in the movies was included. Strangely enough, the Mattel Woody says this phrase.
Yeah, it doesn’t make sense that they would make it so a smaller figure of Woody says this phrase, but the authentic replica of him doesn’t say it.
