That is the same floppy Woody doll that everyone else has. Back in the day I folded and cut a wire hanger, then stuck in his boots and under his vest to make him stand. He has to lean up against something because he has no balance, but he has always been great for display purposes.
And those Aliens are hard plastic. They actually came filled with gumballs, but they were the closest thing I could ever find to being at least somewhat in scale before the TSC came along.
Did you do the coat hanger thing to the new Woody as well? I see his arm is being held out somehow.

Nope. I actually didn’t notice until you commented on it, but his left arm rests that way naturally. It feels slightly more stuffed than his right arm.
I have not done anything to any of the new toys, except put a little piece of foam inside Woody’s hat so that it sits on top of his head, rather than falling forward and covering his forehead.
I am not planning to do anything to any of them, except maybe Mr. Potato Head, if someone does indeed produce seperated eyes and makes them available to us, as I have read on one of these boards might be a possibility…and I am debating fixing his legs. As inaccurate as they are, and as much as I have hated them in every picture I have seen, they are starting to grow on me in person.
Dang, mine nearly touch his hip with both arms. at least the one I just mailed off for replacement. Hope my new one isn’t like that. its the little things that bug me some times, heh.

Here’s a question I’ve been meaning to ask for awhile, but forgot.
I don’t have a Slinky, and since we’ve heard that Thinkway won’t be doing one, I guess I’m going to have to do what I’ve been putting off… buy one with the string in the head.
My question is, I’ve seen two versions. One at the Disney Store in clear plastic packaging which seems kind of big, and a smaller one that I’ve seen at both Target and Toy R Us in a Toy Story box. To those of you who have one or the other, which one would you say is closer in scale to the rest of the Toy Story Collection???
