The 16" Totoro is the one that Bonnie has.
I usually wait til morning to get picks with the sunlight, but I forgot I work early today, and the sun isnât up yetâŠbut I did say Sunday morningâŠso here is the first batch of Sunnyside. The next batch should show up in mid March. I am pretty happy with these, espeically the Flower Doll. The shape of her face is a little off, but its okay. And the scale on the three plush is kind of all over the placeâŠbut I still like how they turned out regardless.
Wow they are awesome
They look great Wampar!
Are you going to take a new group shot?
what kind of fabric did you use for each one?
Anyone still looking for Bullseye?
My Toys R Us has them, they are more expensive than there first shipment. They are apparently the last four my Toys R Us is going to order.
WamparâŠyour stuff is amazing. Not had any time to really customise or create anything newâŠseveral other projects on the go at the moment but I thought Iâd share my little collection. A couple of things arenât right but bit by bit they will be upgraded like Hamm and Lenny.
Actually got them !
I had the jumpsuit by chance on ebay a month ago, cost me $90
And like 3 days ago there was an auction for a brand new rock star outfit, but it up for $91
if i find anything about these 2 outfit, youâll be the first one to know
WOW wampaer You amaze me looks great i hope to see your whole collection when your done flower girl looks great.
@ Wampar
Fantastic Sunnyside customs. All the plush toys are particularly impressive and look extraordinarily screen-accurate. I also really like the stegosaurus (since Iâm a sucker for dinosaur toys).
@ Doomseeker
Great collection. I really like the use of the âcloudâ wallpaper background the the various posters and Andyâs drawings. Thatâs a great touch. I might have to copy that idea for my own display.
what are those clouds printed on? Several sheets of paper put together, or something more elaborate
The collection has officially gotten larger than I can fit in one group shot.
This Spring I am FINALLY going to remove the Simpsons stuff and get shelving for the TS Collection. Until then there will sadly not be a full group shotâŠit has just gotten too large.
The cat and dog are both fleece. Though the cat was way too dark after I was done, so he is fleece that has now been spray painted a lighter color. The Flower girl is plain generic cotton/linen from the fabric store, except for the orange which was actually upholstery fabric.
You could probably get them in one shot if you take 2 or more photos and stitched them together in Photoshop to make a panorama. I could even do that for ya if needed. just take take one shot, and turn the camera a bit to get the rest and take another. repeat if needed. as long as you can fit all the toys in the room you should be able to make it work.
I actually did that the last time I took a group shot, and because the room is small, it dramatically changes the angles and makes perfect lining up impossible. If you look closely at that last photo there is a random bit here and thereâŠalso I donât have room in the display area to include the Sunnyside charactersâŠthey are off to the side, and wonât get fully integrated until I have that shelving.
We have a giant printer at work that can print huge designs so I used that.
Wampar <3
:')
Wow Wampar, very impressive work with the Sunnyside characters. And thanks for the tips with Big Babyâs tattoos.
