Yes, is the voice box, but like the Mattel versions show, they could med a smaller one. It´s crazy because the voice box is diferent from the cheaper version like happens with Woodys one.
Maybe they should’ve just given her a basic voicebox as opposed to the talk-back one once it started to affect her shape. Woody’s actually worked pretty good, since he wasn’t that curvy.
Just thought I should warn you guys that the Toy Story 3 Mattel talking toys may say ‘live’ movie quotes. I know that the Woody says something about going to College. Try to get the Mattel ones pre-TS3 Packaging as they only say ‘toy mode’ quotes but have the same sculpt/body.
That doesn’t concern me much. I mean, hearing a spoiler would not be great, but in a little over a week it won’t matter anyway, right? 
And it will probably take at least that long for mine to get here.
Besides, we never really heard a good assortment of “toy mode” phrases for her in TS2 anyway, did we?
Lol yeah it’s not like she’s going to say “Hey, did you know Woody and Buzz get crushed by a truck in the end of TS3” or something.
Yeah we didn’t get any toy mode phrases I can think of but the pre-TS3 packages say stuff that we could imagine she would say in toy mode - things about critters and cowboys and such. I don’t know about TS3 Jessie but I know that TS3 Woody has phrases about how he’s finally going to College - things he would say to the other toys in live mode. Probably doesn’t concern many people but to those who want it to seem like the actual toy it’s something to be wary of.
I just realized that my Sparks is missing the lightning bolt stickers on his chest. They are in all of the promo pictures, is anyone else missing them?
I sent an email to Thinkway in hopes that might be able to send me a set of stickers…it is funny, but since I got him I felt like something was missing…he looked just a little too plain, and now I see why.

this Mattel version is only available in the US via import. The one you may have seen is the fashion doll. It use a scaled head sculpt and body.

That’s not the one sorry. Arms are completely out of proportion - you’re definitely better off with the TSC or Mattel version than that one.

The only way I could see it coming to the US would be in Disney Stores, and maybe in their theme parks. As far as mass distributed toys (those found in TRU, Target, Walmart, etc.), Thinkway has an exclusive license right now for the full size versions of the toys in the US. Mattel only has a license for smaller action figures.
Just received my Toddle Tots fire truck (from ebay). It is larger than I expected. The seller also included several firemen, some with the older style helmet and some with a slightly larger one (the older style is what was shown in the film).
Still waiting on a few more tots to complete the scene. I don’t know if I’m going to do as complete a resculpt/repaint as wampar has done, but I may try something.
I got some exiting news (well, exciting for me anyway): that Hamm bank that Kellogg’s was giving away that I sent for has changed from “In Process” to “Shipped” so it’s probably going to be on it’s way soon. I think I may do a review of it as soon as it comes.
Do you think the Mattel Jessie may be on Amazon?
