If this were to be made what type of printer/paper would I need to use to make it feel like cardboard.
Most of us probably dont have the necessary printer for this kind of thing. I have a nice photo printer I 'll try to use for the prototypes, but in the end I’ll probably look into getting them professionally printed on card stock. Not only does the paper need the right feel, it probably needs to be bigger than your average printer can print if you want buzz to fit.
How much do you think something like this would cost on cardstock I know business cards are cheap but this is going to be a lot bigger.
Your guess is probably as good as mine…will need to know how big the largest seamless piece of the boxes will need to be. I could maybe guess if someone could tell me how big the TSC box is when unfolded, but I’m not willing to unfold mine.
Wampar would probably be able to give an estimate based off of his prospector box.
Man, if I ever had a doubt as to
whether or not to buy into a redundant Buzz just for a better Zurg, boy is it gone. It makes my room guard look cheap by comparison!

Wow. Zurg is HUGE. He won’t even fit in my display. I can only just squeeze my Room Guard Zurg in there. I’ll have to look at other display options before I try to track him down!

Hey guys, I stopped by my local Disney Store looking for Zurg today and spoke with one of the employees about when they will be getting Zurg. She said it really could be any time now but if I wanted they can order it through their website and have it shipped to my house for free! Also, if you wait until the 8th through the 12th you can use the 25% off coupon that they have available in the store. Just ask the cashier for a coupon when you order. So that would bring the set down to about $38 instead of $50.

I assume you mean a template lol making the actual boxes would get expensive!!
Yeah, well it might cost something like £25 or £30 i guess to print at a professional on cardboard

I have to admit he is a very awesome looking figure, but there is one tiny thing that bugs me about him…his hands aren’t silver, then again a paintjob shall fix that xP
Zurgs hands are off in color, your right. They are darker than his gauntlets in the film, but they should be lighter than the gunmetal color on the figure. Despite his minor shortcomings, I LOVE this figure. And yeah Emma, thats probably a good height based on the new zurg. He looks to be about 16 inchs tall. The width will be trickier because of his gun.
Good point with the ion blaster. I wonder if that’ll make the package be unreasonably wide? I dont suppose that hose is removable at all?
