And Spirit of Adventure approves!
I am so excited to see Dreamworks’ The Croods in a media screening tomorrow. And the brand-new Epic trailer uses a few of my favourite trailer songs, and is the best trailer I’ve seen all year.
We’re watching Lincoln.
It’s starting to get warm again wear I live with early spring weather. It’s going to be in the 50s and 60s. U like it being in the 70s the most though and 80s is when it starts to get hot.
Today is my older brother’s birthday, he’s 26 now.
Hate the weather over here (Lancashire, England). Just when the weather slowly improves from the nasty bitter cold in the past few months, it’s starts to turn crappy again, though I do not mind snow. I’m getting tired of the winter weather, I want it to warm up a little. I have to walk home in this weather every college day from the bus stop so I know how it feels.
It’s times like this that make me wish I lived in somewhere warmer, like Australia.
The weather over here (Australia) is starting to get colder! <3 Cold Weather
OMG OMG OMG BABY MIKE IS ADORABLE
I red your post pixarfan9099 and was like, “What?” then I was like, “OHHHHHHHHHHHH” XD he must be
I’m sure that Bonanna knows more about it than I do, but I saw pictures from a recent heat wave in Australia rencetly- a traffic cone was melted, that’s how hot it was!
I’ll stick with California. Perfect weather here.
Completed one massive art project!!!
Well wherever and whenver in Australia, it’s probably warmer and more tolerable than where I am.
I heard California is fairly warm. The only U.S states I have visited are New York and Florida. New York was pretty cold at times (it was beginning of Spring when I went), slightly better than what we have over here right now. Florida however was really warm first time I went. Second time a little less so as it was winter. Australia I’ve heard is warmer than all those places, maybe even too hot for me.
Honestly though, I can tolerate the hot more than the cold, though being exposed to a temperature too high for too long (e.g 40°c and over) can make me rather exhausted. I almost never get that temperature over here. It is more concentrated in places like Florida and Saudi Arabia (both places I’ve been to, the latter of which I lived there for 2 years).
Watching Les Misérables.
I woulden’t say “perfect”. Because of the lack of rain there’s more wild fires, which cause’s the lives of people, animals, and property damage. Really no place has perfect weather.
Took some new pictures of myself.
Just gonna say this:
I am so glad to have found this site. Its awesome to finally talk to some people that share the same intrest as me. I think of all of you as a huge extended family spread across the globe
I could say the same thing.
I could say the same thing too.
The thing about California is that it’s really large and diverse. California is a bit bigger than the UK. So in one part of the state you have snowcapped mountains that are really cold, and then lots Deserts down south (Including the very trecherous Death Valley). And San Francisco is infamous for it’s fog and cold.
But along the coast where most Californians (and I) live, it’s a Meditteranean climate. So cool winters and hot summers. That’s why the US motion picture industry is in California, and why California is the world’s 5th largest producer of food.
Florida and New York are VERY humid. That’s why California is a popular place to live, because it isn’t humid. Winters are generally more intense in New York as well.
As I just said, California is HUGE. The wildfires are in pockets of Southern California. Where I live, it’s steady weather. We don’t have blizzards, twisters, hail storms, thunder storms, blazing heat, humidity like you and my Midwestern family has.
And wildfires aren’t weather anyway.
I agree, I’ve made terrific friends here.
Here in Australia, the weather is kinda messed up. It’ll be hot, sticky and humid as hail one week, and the next, its pouring down with rain. So messed up. I remember last year sometime, it was like 15 degrees and pouring rain one day and the next it was 43 degrees and humid. >.<
We’re watching Intouchables.
That’s sorta true. I have never seen a tornado in my life, that always bypass where I live. Our summers indeed suck along with are winters, blame no ocean for that, and spring is okay. Fall is the best. Not to hot or cold, the colorful leaves are beaufiful and them falling off is cool, the smell is also great. We also have some agriculture here. The midwest grows a lot of corn, beans, and wheat. Missouri also has it’s own grapes and wine. Were the ones who made the general American accent. On some forums I looked on alot of Califorians like to take credit for that, have they ever read a history book or article before? And some great people born in the midwest like A few of our presidents, Amelia Earhart and Walt Disney. I always find it funny how people from the east and west coast think their’s nothing here. I know their’s nothing in their heads then.
