Theatre exhibitors and other antendees of ShoWest, all I can say is: You’re extremely lucky!!
The Hollywood Reporter noted today that Disney will be screening Toy Story 3 at the forthcoming Las Vegas convention. What’s more? ShoWest happens to be in mid-March — that’s three months before the sequel’s scheduled release date of June 18th!!
The film itself, which will surely be in the last stages of production, will be pitched to "professionals of the motion picture industry and owners of theatres" on March 16th, 2010! Although most of us probably won’t be able to attend, this is great news considering we may be hearing positive Toy Story 3 buzz in a little less than a month. That is, if the film is good… but who am I kidding, I see another masterpiece on the horizon!
Showest managing director Robert Sunshine couldn’t be more excited for the "opportunity to showcase the… beloved characters…" Disney also has Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time set to screen at the con two days later. Good luck to both production teams on a positive exhibition!
What are you most interested in hearing about in ShoWest preview reviews?

That’s awesome because that screening will put us at ease if we still have any doubts. That makes me happy, but the fact that it’s shown 3 months in advance is grossly unfair.
I want it now. D: If only I lived out where showest is…. I would try my hardest to be there. If anyone has any access to showest please by all means, let us know how the movie was… w/o spoilers please. 😀
A new TS3 character has been introduced…

Stuff like this just makes me realize how fast time passes by! Feels like just a week ago we were excited for the release of “Up”. I’m seriously wishing I owned a theater at the moment… 😉
