You know… it is far more elegant to publish those few thumbnails.
I’m going to publish them all, on my blog, anyway 😛 but I still believe that your solution is better. Of course the text in the post must be long enough…
I really enjoyed this post!!!! I can’t get over how amazing the pictures look.
I’m a little nervous about clicking on some of them, unfortunately, but judging by the ones I was brave enough to open (thank goodness being of scenes I’ve seen in trailers and clips already), I’m very impressed. I’m looking forward to seeing the film in its entirety.
Man I want to click the hooray woody but I have to be strong LOL
For those of you worried about spoilers: Nothing will be spoiled as long as you keep the images out of context. Just look at them for a second and move along, don’t think about them for too long. I won’t say which one I consider the most spoilerific, but I will say that Hooray Woody! is no big deal. 🙂
These are incredible! I’m loving the “One the Edge” shot of everyone — really gives a great sense of tangibility and their size. 🙂 Can’t wait for the movie!
I’m not going to click the last one… 😛
I wanna to click the last one, but I just, can’t!
i love “the claw?”, i can picture exactly how that scene is going to play out, you just gotta love them aliens
SPOILERS???
I can honestly say, if you’ve seen the first few previews, just about all of them aren’t spoilers at all.
The only one I wish I hadn’t seen was “The Claw?”
That would have been hilarious to see in theaters.
Drumatic- Believe it or not, some people like to come into the movie without prior knowledge. On the other hand, some people may not want to put the trailers in context, which these images might allow for. I also should note that the images are not in any particular order.
You just admitted that you spoiled a joke for yourself, so I don’t see why you’re so shocked that I allowed for readers to take a second to think before clicking.
With that said, you’re right, many of this is seen in the trailer and comes as prior knowledge, but I will tell you that there are two pictures in particular that I would consider moderate spoilers for people who might have watched a lot of the pre-release promos.
I won’t say which ones I’m talking about — please don’t guess. But for those of you worried about the last picture, I wouldn’t say it’s a spoiler at all. In fact, I think it’s in the trailer and it’s probably not what you think if you thought it was spoilerific.
Just be cautious and don’t think about the images too much or you might figure out a good chunk of the film.
I think it’s a fair warning.
Only question: For “On the Edge”, why does Buzz have a concerned face? I thought he was deluded at this point in time. Wouldn’t he have an adventurous face on?
pixarfan- Well… [We interrupt this program for an urgent bulletin] Watch Toy Story 3 on June 18th to find out more! 🙂
Absolutely gorgeous photos!! It’s almost surreal how… REAL they look. Technology has come such a long way since 1995. They probably look nicer here than they will in theatres for me, actually (curse you Dolby!)

I love “Woody’s New Friends.” Buttercup looks so real! I didn’t think he or Mr. Pricklepants would be so awsome, but this image makes them look just that! I always expected Trixie to be wicked cool though 🙂
I just noticed something cool in the “Buzz or Woody?” picture. The “W Cutting” road sign above the door is the name of the street that Pixar was located on in Point Richmond, CA before they moved to Emeryville!
