Blu-Ray.com via The Digital Bits reports that Disney have pushed back Finding Nemo on Blu-Ray to 2009. It was originally planned for Spring, 08.
Nemo Going Blu in 2009
However, the Mouse House does have plans to release another Pixar title on Blu-Ray in its stead around the time of the release of WALL•E on Blu-Ray towards the end of the year.
What do you think the un-named title will be? Leave a comment and let us know.

I think it should be Toy Story. I love all of the Pixar films but still realise that Toy Story was the film that built the Pixar house. So in my opinion that’s what it should be.
Personally, I believe… let’s see here, The Incredibles would be my guess, although I have absolutely no clue as to whether it’s been released on Blu-Ray yet or not, so if it has, I’m clueless for the time being.
I don’t care what they release as long as future DVDs have Commentary again. Eeesh.
From what I understood, Disney was gonna go backwards in the the Pixar catalog when it came to the Blu-rays. And I always felt it was a bit odd that they either seemed to break when they said Nemo was next. I’m thinking it should and probably will be The Incredibles this year, Nemo around the time Up is released (Fall ’09), Monsters at the time 1906 is released (Spring ’10), then all three Toy Story’s with the release of the third one (Fall ’10). Then A Bug’s Life when the 2011 film comes.
I have no idea, and haven’t thought about it much, but I’m thinking maybe The Incredibles.
yeah, seriously, no commentary on the dvd?? 🙁
we’ll all have to buy new blu-ray players now. well, i guess that’s what happens w/ technology! 😛
It was announced in a forum session by Disney Home Entertainment today that Nemo is imminent this year. No firm date yet, though.
I think monsters inc. should be released because of up.
