It’s easy to forget that it’s been almost 15 years since Buzz and Woody’s debut in the first fully computer animated feature.
Since then, the Disney/Pixar partnership has yielded a plethora of unforgettable characters. Disneyland Paris‘ upcoming campaign reminds us of the impeccable brand’s anniversary in the public eye while also putting their latest attractions, such as Toy Story Land, up front and center!
This promotion was designed to hype up the New Generation Festival (click to watch preview video) which celebrates fresh additions to the Mouse’s animated arsenal. In fact, TV commercials will revolve around characters from Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Cars, Ratatouille and more!
The festivities start on March 1st of this year and continue through April, when the main show will debut. A "new wave" of the marketing campaign will also begin in May through the summer of 2010!
If you’re planning on visiting Disneyland Paris soon and enjoy Pixar’s presence at the parks, make it a point to experience this upcoming show!

So… Monsters Inc 2 will happen: http://www.latinoreview.com/news/exclusive-monsters-inc-2-a-go-9300
Yup, they’re officially out of ideas at Pixar. With all those sequels coming out, the end of Pixar’s winning streak is near. Mark my words. I used to love Pixar, their original stories and their reluctant behavior towards sequels. But now Pixar has become an ordinary movie studio where making money is more improtant than telling original stories. Never change a winning formula. But Pixar does. Unfortunately.
I may not be French but this is very wonderful news. It’s a shame Disney parks of the US aren’t getting this… it seemed like my family wanted to go this year. It’s exciting even still though. 🙂
I have no idea what to think about that news, Anonymous…
